We aim to encourage the conservation and protection of the Dibbinsdale Nature Reserve by developing public interest in its unique habitat and maintaining an excellent and interesting environment where teaching recreation and training can take place.

The aims of the group are to conserve wildlife and birds in particular. We encourage the study of birds and are involved in the management of wildlife areas. The Group promotes research and maintains wildlife records.

Our primary activity is the management of two pieces of open land in the village of Blaxhall, which are managed to encourage biodiversity and conserve the environment, and to allow public access for recreation and leisure. Part of the land is made available to local people for cultivation as low-cost allotments. We also organise regular litter picks and engage in local tree- and hedge-planting.

We work mainly in Sub-Sahara Africa focusing on poverty relief and prevention, promotion of religious and racial harmony and the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment. To promote for the benefit of the public the improvement of the physical and natural environment in Northwick Park by the creation of a Community Garden consisting of fruit bearing trees and edible plants. The garden project will raise awareness with the public of the benefits of organically grown food and healthy eating practices.

This organisation will create and maintain an allotment site, community orchard and wildlife garden for residents of Bangor and the surrounding area.

Habitat Survival Trust has a modern purpose-built living classroom with toilet facilities & wheelchair access. Situated in 12 acres of woodland & grassland with direct access to a trilutary of the river Alne, nature trails for walking & a wildlife pond, it offers the latest audio/visual technology as well as a rare opportunity for groups of children to get back to nature & dependant wildlife.

Opening Burngreave Cemetery Chapel, to research and provide information to the public searching for family graves .information is held digitally of burial plots from 1861,internet research available.Several educational activities, open to the public,are organised ,each year,including a beekeeping group:fungi bat walks:well dressing:regular craft workshops (currently creating a mosaic sundial.)

To maintain, improve, promote and preserve Steetley Meadows and/or other land in the locality of Ryton-on-Dunsmore for public recreation and leisure, and to conserve, protect and improve the physical and natural environment of the area.

General charity purposes, land management, 9 acres known as Baggards Land, currently on mixed purposes educational and agricultural let to Ashperton Academy for 5 year term expires 1st April 2025. Charity gives Christmas Money to applicants and OAP who apply with hardship criteria . Student /Apprenticeship grant for boys & girls attained the age of 17 years.

The trustees continue to pursue the objects of the charity to conserve, protect and improve the physical and natural environment by continuing the programme of maintenance of the trees planted in field 0060 (OS) adjacent to the A47 Leicester Road and Eyebrook.
