RELIEF OF POVERTY

The trust holds and administers a trust fund for the promotion of religious work carried out by the company of Christians presently meeting in the Meeting Room, Palace Gardens, Buckhurst Hill, Essex, and by other gatherings of Christians in common with the said company of Christians either in the British Isles or Overseas, and for such other charitable purposes as the Trustees shall think fit.

Miscellaneous sums to support the provision of parks and open spaces.

Our main activity is the help the Essex Ranger Service to carry out conservation tasks. We are also involved in carrying out wildlife surveys. These include butterflies, newts, dragonflies, bats and wild flowers to name a few.We also work with Essex County Council on the Parish Paths Partnership (P3). Here we ensure PROW are well signed and accessible to the public.

The object of the Teazle Wood Trust CIO is to promote for the benefit of the public the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment of woodland known as Teazle Wood in Leatherhead, Surrey.

The conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment by promoting biological diversity and wildlife-friendly management of green spaces within the area of benefit; including the provision or assisting with the provision of any facilities that allow the public to better engage with these spaces.

The Trust is there to stimulate the appreciation of Suffolk's garden heritage through visits, talks and publications; to advance the understanding of Suffolk's garden heritage by promoting research into its historic and significant designed landscapes; to promote the conservation of Suffolk's garden heritage; to provide bursaries for the training of new garden professionals

Maintenance of parish council owned woodland for the benefit of the local community.

Management of a Village hall and gardens for use by the local community

Provide facilities for various activities (learning, creative and exercise) for children, adults, the elderly e.g. nursery school, folk dance, table tennis, garden club, occasional bee keeping classes and social events for the whole community.

We look after 75 acres of woodland near Camborne, used by schools and open to all. We restored and now care for Carwynnen Quoit.Our projects reflect our belief that natural resources are better for both the long term health of the planet and those who inhabit it. Building with environmentally sensitive or locally produced materials, is also a part of our work.

Weekly meeting where a range of activities are undertaken, including sports, arts & crafts and theme evenings (ie pancake making for Shrove Tuesday and fireworks for November 5th). During school holidays, weekly trips are made to a wide variety of locations, including wildlife parks, boat trips, museums and amusement parks.

CVIS provides and maintains facilities for recreation, education and leisure for people of all ages and physical ability in Cellan and the local area. These include Cellan Millennium Hall, a children's play area and community garden, all sited on a 1 1/4 acre recreation area leased from Ceredigion County Council. We strive to enhance the environment and constantly monitor and improve facilities.

We maintain The Goosefield Millenium Green as an open space available to any member of the public. It is also used for suitable village activities and celebrations.

Combeposters runs a green waste recycling scheme in Combe Martin, North Devon. We collect green garden waste from local residents and produce compost and related products. The products are distributed back into the local community. We recruit and train volunteers to operate the scheme. We use income generated by the scheme to fund local community groups.

This Charity provides and maintains a green area in the village of Henbury, Macclesfield for local inhabitants to enjoy informal outdoor recreation and community events.
