Raise funds to improve the quality of life and services for clients who previously attended the Endeavour Day Centre which was located in Chesham, Buckinghamshire. Since closure of the Centre, these clients are now located at either the Great Missenden Garden Nursery, or at "Outreach" at the Chesham Opportunities Centre in Chesham.

Members form Interest Groups and, through sharing their knowledge, skills and experience, learn from each other. Current groups include Art History; Book Club; Bridge; Choir; Cinema; Cookery; Craft; Cribbage; Gardening ; Garden Visits; Family History; Italian; Lunch Club; Petanque; Photography; Politics; Scrabble; Cribbage; Table Tennis; Theatre and Trips; Walking; Whist; Yoga.

General charitable activities for the benefit of the inhabitants of Turleigh

The primary aim of Ore CLT is to acquire land in Speckled Wood, in the Ore Valley, Hastings to create a community woodland and work with other organisations and recruit volunteers to enhance and manage the woodland and to develop projects such as footpaths, a greenway and a village green. Ore CLT is also keen to help to improve other green spaces in the Hastings area for recreation and leisure.

Abbey Gardens is an open access community run shared harvest garden maintained by volunteers. The Garden provides opportunities for teaching food growing and gardening skills whilst also providing locally grown produce. Additionally the Garden promotes well being and fosters community spirit, whilst encouraging and facilitating volunteering in the community.

A public park and recreation or pleasure ground for the benefit of the inhabitants of the parish of Darton and the neighbourhood.

Our main activity is to hold monthly meetings in our village hall. We invite a range of speakers through the year to address each meeting on their specialist subject. Also we organise outings to enrich our members knowledge of our wider environment, visiting stately homes, museums, gardens and theatres. We raise funds by running craft workshops and selling the goods we have made.

Needs of parishioners are considered at meetings three times a year, or by telephone contact whenever problems occur. Rental for Deane Helplines and Group Insurance premium for volunteer drivers in the Corfe Lifts Scheme are paid. Vouchers are given at Christmas to parishioners in need. Contributions towards mowing costs of the recreation ground are made annually.

The Bohemia Walled Garden is a community garden. There are plots to rent for growing vegetables and free plots are available for educational organisations and groups. Open times are MOST Sundays and Wednesdays in the growing season between 10 -12. Public events are usually held throughout the year at Easter, Spring/Summer Open Day, Heritage Open Day in September and Pumpkin Day in October.

The Association walks rights of way in Leicestershire with the aim of protecting and preserving these for future generations to enjoy.We have mid week walks on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.We also walk on Saturdays.The committee of the Association meets every six weeks to discuss diversion and closure applications appertaining to rights of way in Leicestershire

Jersey Park is located in Briton Ferry, Neath Port Talbot. We promote the park as a public open space for the benefit of the community, involving residents in improving the physical and natural environment. Promoting a sense of community through organised events, and promoting health and wellbeing through healthy open air activities. Obtaining funds through grants and fundraising activities.

Restore the Hermitage Field at the Crook O' Lune (LA2 9HU) into a species rich traditional hay meadow for the benefit of the Public and biodiversity. Raise Public awareness of wildflower meadows, educate and equip the Community with the knowledge and skills to create, enhance, manage and enjoy wildflower meadows. Work with local community groups, farmers and local contractors to execute the work.

Meet once month generally at Dersingham Village Centre on 3rd Friday of each month.Two or three outing a year by coach to outstanding gardens - again on 3rd Friday of the month.Speakers - visit and give talks on various activities to do with gardening.Our own Members Flower Show annually.Christmas Meal in December month.Talks given by our own Chairperson and Garden Advisor.
