SWWAG provide green open spaces for the benefit of the local community, encouraging local people to appreciate and learn about the natural environment. The Trusts activities are to promote access for all abilities to open countryside outside of any development to use for leisure and educational purposes within the Maresfield Parish. The Trust will acquire this land by gift, lease or purchase. It will raise money by membership fees, patronage, donations, grants and fundraising activity.

Manage Eynsham Playing Fields

Millennium Green - public open space for use by all for sport, recreation and to encourage wildlife.

Fundraising with raffles and tombolas to raise money to support the disabled and elderly community within the Hednesford area. Also to maintain the Hednesford war memorial and associated gardens and to improve it as a local garden amenity. Where possible we enhance the local environment with planting.

The Reading Room is rented out to the village first school and is used as and when it is needed by others in the village, eg WI, Garden Club, Bowls, Harvest Festival, Friends of Newton School, Art Club, etc.

To manage and maintain a five-and-a-half acre site of natural and planted woodland, in an inner-city area of Leeds, for the enjoyment and edification of the local community.

Maintaining a Millennium Green for public access.

Friends of Canonbury Square organise a monthly volunteering session for neighbours and residents to tidy and help maintain the public gardens in the Square. Periodically we will fundraise for particular gardening projects. We will work with London Borough of Islington to arrange community events and maintain the public gardens.

To manage a plot of land east of Drapers Hill known as the Village Gardens. To use surplus funds to both support and initiate community projects in Stradbroke and the surrounding area.

Ail Gyfle is a charitable social enterprise that produces home and garden furniture and craft from recycled pallets and other discarded items. We offer a safe context for those on the margins to learn life skills alongside Open College Network qualifications in Confidence building, substance misuse, Health and Safety at work, wood working, recycling and building a work portfolio.

The conservation of Small Dole Woods in West Sussex. The volunteers manage the wood by perpetuating the coppicing cycle. Volunteers on work parties are given trining in the activities.The charity also promotes concepts of traditional coppice woodland management and skills associated with green woodwork.Environmental issues and education are important parts of our activity.

StreetSpace WSM is a youth and community work charity working in Bournville, Weston-Super-Mare. We are members of the StreetSpace Network, and do detached (street) youth work on the street and in the parks where young people are. We run small groups with young people based on their needs, interests and ideas.

BPFT was formed in spring 2010 in response to a decision by Lynton and Lynmouth Town Council to close the public toilets in Barbrook. Since then the trustees have renovated the toilet block and facilitated a community information room. We also maintain the Memorial Garden which commemorates the loss of life in the Lynmouth floods of 1952. The phone box is also being used as a defibrillator point
