Bliss Gate Village Field is a 5 acre site located next to the village of Bliss Gate. There is a play area suitable for young children and an area of orchard / woodland as well as open space for walking etc.The field is open to all local residents in the area and can be used for a variety of activities including "fun days", car boot sales and informal games of football and cricket.

The Trust's primary objective is to provide assistance to the parishioners of Methwold. In addition, the trust manages the allotments, an area approximately 25 acres divided into 95 allotments. Shooting Rights are available by tender. A Memorial Book (of no particular religious bias) is kept displayed within St George's Church.

The Thurrold and Payne Charity provides open space for use as allotment gardens and uses income generated from rents to help the poor of the parish of Hingham.

Provides facilities and maintains the Village Green for recreation and leisure time occupation for the inhabitants of Barsby.

The aims are to provide and ensure a cleaner, greener, safer environment for all those making lawful use of the cemetery.
