This charity refers to the allotment of land on Monk's Hill in Westbourne, West Sussex, bought by Westbourne Parish Council in 1948 which it registered as a charity in 1974. Its intended use at all times is as a place for exercise and recreation for the inhabitants of the Parish of Westbourne and neighbourhood. It includes a large recreation ground and children's play area.

None - the Recreation Ground is maintained by the Parish Council for the use of Parishioners and others
