Funding of Playing Field provision within Rothley

Quadring Fen Village Hall has been derelict for circa 9 years. On 28th February 2014 the charity passed to Lincolnshire Community Foundation (1092328) under section 74 of the charities act 1993 (as amended) to be wound up. A fund devolved from the sale of the land that the derelict village hall stood on will be invested as endowment and the interest used to maintain the village playing field.

Open space for walking, football, includes a bowling green, and childrens area. Sports pavillion and toilet block. Leased to Wrangle Parish Council.

Junior Football (7-16 yrs) for both boys and girls. Senior Football - male and female. Childrens Play Area, Dominoes, Pool, Darts, Bingo and Snooker

The provision and maintenance of the Memorial Park in Alford as a place of recreation and relaxation for children of all ages.

Owns and maintains playing fields in Horncastle for public use

Playing fields provided for sport and recreation for the inhabitants of North Cotes Village and surrounding areas.

Encourages and gives coaching for Flat Green Bowling, also offers opportunities for competitive as well as social bowling. Current members come from a wide area of Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire and cover a wide age range. Social activities such as whist drives during the winter period, which provide socialising opportunities for people from a wide area of this part of Lincolnshire.
