The charity is a recreation ground and provides a place of recreation for the inhabitants of the Parish and neighbourhood of Oxton. The Parish Council are the trustees and the charity has no funds of its own.

Land held by the Trust includes a car park, outdoor sports facilities, a bowls pavilion, and a visitor centre, hosting four different organisations who utilise the facilities. The Trustee works with the voluntary organisations to provide and maintain the facilities and recreation grounds for the communities of Teversal, Stanton Hill, Skegby and surrounding area.

The charity provides facilities for hire. The area extends to approx 15 acres comprising a large grass area; 1 rugby pitch; 1 large, 1 3/4 and 5 small sided soccer pitches; 3 tennis courts; a permanent building with a large hall, kitchen, toilets, changing rooms, bar facilities and an upstairs lounge with bar; a hardcore car park.
