DUCK RACE, COFFEE EVENINGS AND HIRE OF THE HALL BY OTHER GROUPS

General small village activities for young & old.

Activities include the hiring and letting of the hall to the public and other interested parties. Fund raising by various events for the upkeep and improvement of hall facilities.Community use for clubs and social activities. Enabling users to lead a fully active and healthy lifestyle.

Church Hall. The hall is used for some church activities and is let to various local clubs and organisations for educational and recreational activities, in line with the Trust Deed requirements.

The provision and maintenance of a village hall and playing field for the use of the residents of Brooke and surrounding areas.

Manage and Maintain a village Hall

Hiring out of the Great Chart Village Hall for social events and the meeting of uniform groups.

Maintain and manage the running of Ponsanooth Village Hall on behalf of the community.

Overall manage and maintain Hainford Village Hall and Recreation Ground.This includes co-opting people to assist with the overall aims of the Charity, fund-raising, and increasing the use of the Hall and grounds.

Provides a large Hall with stage and Committee Room for the residents of Harnham. The Hall is in use seven days a week by regular users such as Keep Fit Classes, Gardening Society, U3A, etc, and numerous casual users for children's birthday parties, etc.

The charity provides our community with a pleasant and safe facility for their use for meetings and various social functions. We fundraise by hosting events like a monthly quiz & supper, we have dinners and put on live bands & shows. All of which enrich the social activities of our community as well as raising money.

As a village hall charity we make available the building and its facilities (kitchen, snooker, changing rooms, stage, toilets etc) to local organisations (eg W.I, dance, exercise, toy library, art group, summer students) and sometimes to local individuals for private events. We organise public events from time to time, eg skittle evenings, quiz evenings, coffee mornings, concerts, shows, markets

The Ministries provides a place of worship by renting a community hall within Nottingham with the aim of raising awareness and understanding of Christian beliefs and practices .We also carry out religious devotional acts through bible studies and prayers as well as carrying out missionary work in England and Kenya and outreach work by providing moral support to bereaved family,visiting the sick.

The object of the charity is the provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of the parish of Milborne-St-Andrew without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
