The object of the charity is provision and maintenance of Paxford Village Hall for the use of the inhabitants of the village and neighbourhood. The work is funded by the organisation of charitable events and lettings of the hall. An example of the events includes quiz nights, barbecues, coffee mornings and the Christmas Cracker.

Maintaing the Parish Room for the use of the local community.

Surplus funds from Trust provide or assist provision of facilities for recreation and leisure occupation in the interests of social welfare for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Parish of Oving. The facilities are available to all members of the public at large without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, nationality, race, political, religious or other opinions.

Rossett and Burton Village Hall is used for a number of activities supported by the community, including Karate school, Zumba, Pilates, Dog Training, Drama Groups, Dance classes, Farmers Market,Coffee mornings, fundraising events. The Hall is used on 300 plus days a year and activities are expanding as the facilities are improved.

This organisation was set under a covenance in September 1957, and is governed by a management committee.It provides, maintains, and improves the village hall and recreation ground for the use of and enjoyment of community groups and individual inhabitants of Llandegla.

Manages Wannock Village hall for hire to the general public. It is responsible for the maintenance & evolution of the hall to keep up with legislative standards.

The charity provides advice, support and activities for babies, children and young people in Shilbottle and the surrounding areas. This is achieved through a toddlers session and youth sessions based at the community hall and in the community. We look to provide trips out and other activities for young people.
