Provision of village hall facilities for the community of Ogwell and surrounding area.

The provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances or for the public at large in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving their conditions of life.

To provide premises for local groups including the Drybrook Social Club.

We provided facilities for groups to meet, social events, recreation ground for our village football teams and a play area for the residents of the village and surrounding villages.

Hire and upkeep of East Challow village hall

Provision and maintenance of a village hall and its surrounding land for the population of Hewelsfield, Brockweir,and district for meetings,lectures,educational classes and organised events. Facility to play indoor bowls,yoga, tennis and other physical activities. Both indoor and outside activities for children and young people.

The Trustees meet on six occasions during the year in managing the object of the Charity, which is to provide and maintain a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of the parish of West Wittering.

Provide a community hall

We provide 3 meeting rooms, one with a stage and associated facilities

Maintenance & upkeep of Birdsedge Village Hall through fundraising and social activities to enable the hall to be used a Village focal point for the residents of Birdsedge & surrounding areas. Main activities include rental of the Hall for group activities, sale of promotional items, Birdsedge Festival and social functions.

Managing and maintaining Mortimer Village Hall

To provide an amenity for the use by villagers and for village activities.

Management, repairs and upkeep and letting of a village hall.

Raising funds for the upkeep and maintenance of the village hall; offering an amenity to the community for the benefit of local residents and clubs.

An active charity - the village hall is used 5 days a week for Pre School and a few evenings for the following groups; Flower club, Music 4 You, Ladies Circle, W I , Social Bingo and for private bookings by the citizens of Bottesford and Yaddlethorpe

The provision of affordable accomodation to various organisations thoughout the year and rental to casual users, plus the annual Remebrance Day service in November
