We welcome children & young people, the elderly, people with disabilities, and everyone in our local community and around. We provide a venue for celebrations, exercise, for groups to meet, and a place to relax and enjoy the company of others. Our hall offers facilities for preparing and cooking food, a bar area, a stage for public performance, and a space for dance.

Village Institute with rooms (main hall and small meeting room) for hire, along with kitchen.Snooker Club, with full sized table in separate room, also operates.Other clubs (with equipment provided by the Institute) which operate are: Indoor Bowls and Table Tennis.

Fringford Village Hall Committee manage and administer Fringford Village Hall. The Hall provides a building/facilities for villagers and non-villagers alike. Activities range from dance/health/fitness classes, community clubs and events, and other leisure activities.

Our activities are in providing facilities within the Parish Hall for the benefit of all the parishioners from Breedon on the hill, Tonge and Wilson. These may comprise a variety of activities ranging from fitness classes, meetings, social functions both open and private, presentations, weddings, wakes and Church events.

Community Hall for pre-school children, village meetings, theatre group, bridge club, keep fit, and other social activities

Around 8 social events held each year for parishioners and their friends. Several education classes including music, art & history. Hall can be hired for a range of activities including parish council meetings, art exhibitions, private parties. The main aims of these activities are to maintain and develop this historic building as a focal point for all members of the community.

To promote physical ,mental, recreation, social, moral and intellectual development by encouraging lectures, classes, sports, recreations and entertainments or otherwise for the benefit of the inhabitants of Silverdale and its immediate vicinity without distinction of sex, race and age or of political, religious or other opinions.

Formed 1987, this is an umbrella organisation embracing other cultural & sporting organisations. It promotes a village Festival in May each year, raising awareness and finances and works closely with the Community Council in all matters including the administration of our local Community Hall, Neighbourhood Watch and Police PACT.
