PRIMARY FUND-RAISING IS THROUGH SUBSCRIPTIONS BY FRIENDS.2. WHERE APPROPRIATE, MANAGE PROJECTS WITHIN THE SCOPE OF (1).3. MAINTAIN ACTIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE FRIENDS.
