The charity provides premises for the benefit of the people in the parish of West Monkton for educational and recreational purposes. The Albany Trust meets its objects through making referrals to a team of counsellors and psychotherapists who work freelance to provide a psychosexual and general therapy service for clients in personal distress.The Trust also replies to general enquiries for information concerning mental and sexual health.

Crossroads Counselling offers a professional counselling service for people on low incomes who live, work, study or worship in Tower Hamlets. Our service is open to people of all faiths and none. We offer short and long-term individual counselling.

Charitable donations to other Norfolk and Suffolk charities with particular preference given to the Samaritans and those associated with the support and relief of asthma sufferers as well as asthma research.
