The objects of the League of Friends are to mobilize, encourage, foster and maintain the interest of the public in the patients and support the work of the Moreton-in-Marsh (North Cotswolds)District Hospital. To provide a link between the hospital and the community which it serves and to support the charitable work of Moreton-in-Marsh (North Cotswolds)District Hospital.

Provides a transport service for patients of the Wendover Health Centre. This covers the Health Centre,local hospitals and dentists. Funds are also provided for the Health Centre to purchase equipment which will improve the quality of care provided to patients.

The main objects of the League are raising funds to provide facilities, additional to those provided by the NHS Trust, in Bridgwater Community Hospital or for Community Nurses working in the area covered by the Hospital. These facilities include any equipment required or amenities for patients or staff.

TO HELP PATIENTS, FORMER PATIENTS AND STAFF OF THE CHRISTCHURCH HOSPITAL WHO ARE SICK, INFIRM, CONVALESCING, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED, OR IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND GENERALLY TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE CHRISTCHURCH HOSPITAL.

Fund raising consists of hospital retail shop. We run various raffles and receive funds from collection boxes placed in retail shops in the area. We also hold a Christmas raffle and bazaar. We also obtain funds from the sale of donated goods. Additional fund raising events are held from time to time as and when decided on by the trustees.

Raising funds to supplement the service provided by the NHS Trust for the health, welfare and comfort of the patients.

The Friends of the B.RI. provide a range of services to supplement the work of the Hospital. This may take the form of financial help, providing for example items of medical equipment that are beyond the budget of an individual ward or department. The two Tea Bars provide refreshment for outpatients and visitors . Non-financial assistance is given on wards and clinics throughout the Hospital.

Funding for improvements to the amenities for the benefit of patients, relatives & staff.

To mobilise, encourage, foster and maintain the interest of the public in the patients and the support of Ruthin Hospital by means of voluntary service.To provide funds for the purpose of supplementing in such manner as the charity thinks fit the resources of the hospital services.

The charity makes grants for (i) the upkeep of the Portman Family chapel at Bryanston (ii) support for the Friends of Blandford Hospital and (iii) support for the ecclesiastical and charitbale purposes of (a) Durwerston and Bryanston PCC (b) Blandford Forum PCC and (c) Blandford St Mary PCC

Financial support for people living in Royston and District who need healthcare not provided at NHS expense.

Funding to provide help, comfort, equipment and luxuries to Llanidloes Hospital and Community medical organisations.

Raises funds for the benefit of patients and staff of the various health care units at St. Margarets Hospital, Epping and in the community.

To act as a 'Friend' to Honiton Hospital with Volunteer support, running a small shop in the Hospital reception area and raising funds in order to benefit both the patients in the Hospital but also in the Honiton community.

To raise funds to provide additional equipment for our hospital - over and above that supplied by the NHS.

To support patients & their relatives, in the care of the NHS trusts operating in Milton Keynes Hospital and Community

The main objects of the Society are to support the poor of the Alms Houses of the Lady Katherine Leveson Hospital and to aid in the upkeep of St. Mary's Church Temple Balsall and the Old Hall Temple Balsall. The full objects of the Society are as set out in its Constitution.

Thomas Wolsey School caters for children with physical and/or sensory needs. Many pupils also have complex medical and learning needs. The Friends of Thomas Wolsey School fund-raise for large projects and to buy equipment to enhance the children's learning both in the classroom and outside. The Friends group also maintains the mini bus, funds the Christmas Party and the Leavers' Gifts every year.

Provide transport to & from health centre/hospital/dentist for referred patients. Collect & deliver prescriptions for housebound patients. Visit lonely or isolated patients. Prepare details for CRB. Sitting with someone to give carer a break. Monthly meeting for carers plus day to day support and three outings plus 1 dinner per annum. To provide support to Local Hospital in the form of financial assistance in purchasing various items of equipment which in turn will ensure a better quality of life is provided to all patients. The main form of support is the provision of Beds and medical Instruments etc..

To relieve poverty, sickness and distress in South Wetern Tanzania in particular by the provision of medical supplies for St Anne's Hospital, Liuli and by supporting other charitable projects undertaken by the said hospital.

Fund raising included Skittles night, Bingo night, Raffles, Open Garden, Coffee Mornings, Bag Packing at local Supermarkets, Shop and Local table top sales and the Hospital Tea Trolley.
