WE DO THIS BY PROVIDING A RANGE OF SERVICES INCLUDING ADVICE AND INFORMATION, HOSPITAL AND GP SUPPORT SERVICES, PRACTICAL HOME SUPPORT SERVICES , AS WELL AS CLUBS, GROUPS AND HEALTHY LIFESTYLE ACTIVITIES.

Mind in Tower Hamlets and Newham provide a range of community and in-patient services for people who are experiencing mental health and emotional issues living in the London boroughs of Tower Hamlets and Newham. We work with people through one to one support and group work, counselling, advice and advocacy, employment and training as well as complementary therapies.

The Lewis-Manning Hospice offers palliative care for local people living with cancer and some other life threatening illnesses. The services offered by the hospice are day hospice, lymphoedema clinic and breathlessness clinic.

MAP provides free, confidential advice, counselling and youth work services for young people aged uped to 25. There is a Norwich city centre drop-in each weekday and in Great Yarmouth on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; and other services across Norfolk.

A free, confidential, non-judgemental support service for anyone who has experienced any form of rape or sexual abuse at any time in their lives. We currently provide face to face counselling, an ISVA service and advice and support for partners/supporters of survivors.
