Like all village halls in the country we are an independently run charity; serving the local communities. We fundraise for various charities and for the upkeep and maintenance of our hall; we run weekly bingo sessions and line dancing classes. We also host various events eg psychic evenings, quizzes, race nights and dances etc.We are available for private hire at a reasonable cost.

Provides free physiotherapy for elderly people in their own homes.

The main purpose and activity of the Fund is to render assistance to American and British citizens in Italy in connection with hardship arising from ill health.

Provides scholarships in tropical medicine and tropical surgery. The scholarships are advertised, and applied for, giving details of the applicant and the proposed project. The trustees review the applications and determine the best candidates to be awarded grants. At the trustees' discretion, scholarships can be awarded either every year, or in alternate years, as they see fit.

Provides Transport for the elderly, disabled and/or people with a low income to get them to & from Medical appointments at Hospital/Surgery, Shopping and other such good neighbour requirements.

The provision and maintenance of a Village Hall to serve the communities of Curry Mallet and Beercrocombe and the surrounding area, the promotion of events and activities therin for the benefit of the community to enhance quality of life, health and wellbeing.

We aim to relieve and preserve health amongst persons around Silverton, Devon by supporting Wyndham House Surgery and other activities. These include financial support for a palliative nurse and a digital social prescriber, a prescription delivery service, a car service to take patients to and from the surgery and local hospitals, Balance Classes, over 65 keep fit and others.

To fund equipment and services for the relief of the sick in Chirk community hospital and by the community nurses, not funded by the North East Wales NHS Trust.

WE REACH OUT AROUND THE WORLD, TO EDUCATE, TRAIN, SUPPORT AND MENTOR PEOPLE TO GROW SPIRITUALLY AND PHYSICALLY, SHOWING COMPASSION AND PASTORAL CARE. FINANCIAL GIFTS WILL BE GIVEN WHERE APPROPRIATE. OUR BUILDING IN THE UK WILL BE USED FOR OTHER CHARITIES WHO SHARE OUR BELIEF SYSTEM. THE BUILDING IS ALSO USED FOR COUNSELLING AND MENTORING. ALL OF THIS IS DONE TO FURTHER THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION.

To apply such of the income as the Trustees determine for the benefit of The Retreat, York, (a non-profit making Registered Nursing Home) to make grants to meetings of the Religious Society of Friends and to enable travelling in the Ministry.

WE PROVIDE SUPPORT THROUGH MENTORING, EDUCATION, EMPLOYMENT TRAINING, LIFE-SKILLS DEVELOPMENT, COUNSELLING, COACHING, IN-SCHOOL PROJECTS AND HOLIDAY PROVISIONS.

Drayton Grange Community Association is the business name for the management committee that manages Nene Hall.The aim of DGCA is to provide premises at a hire rate that is affordable and attractive to all users, while maintaining and improving the facilty. Iain Rennie Hospice at Home is part of RGHC which provides palliative care for adults and children who have been diagnosed with cancer or another life limiting illness in Herts & Bucks. Through our 24/7 responsive hospice at home service, our specialist nurses give patients the choice to be cared for at home. We also offer support services for families and, in Herts, a range of day services.

Cooking a Hot Meal on Christmas Day for 100 approx people, an outing by Canal Boat for people from residental/nursing homes, providing and maintaining a pendant-operated Lifeline Telephone service with approx 400 units in service, plus helping the community in various task as and when required to do so. Donations to other Charities working within our community.

Community venue providing space and facilities for the local population and further afield. We aim to serve and enhance our locality. There are playgroups, arts groups, sewing groups, fitness classes and meditation, parties, fundraising activities, meals, film nights, a place to meet, to learn, somewhere to enhance connections with others and offer/attend regular or one off classes and events
