The Trust maintains the old spa buildings in the Victorian Town of Llandrindod Wells, Powys, Mid Wales. We have two buildings one to provide space for healing and well being. The Thrangu Rinpoche Trust was set up to facilitate the teaching of Buddhism and meditation. The charity furthers the work of HHVVK Thrangu Rinpoche. The Trust supports our resident Tibetan Lama, who teaches meditation and also performs ceremonies for birth, marriage, and death.The long-term goal of the Trust is the founding of a Buddhist Monastery to support an established Buddhist community.

SRS provides a platform to aspiring surgical trainees to present their laboratory and clinical research plus a platform to discuss pertinent medico-political issues and viewpoints such as MMC, PMETB, Revalidation and Government reviews. The League of Friends is an organisation that helps to raise funds for equipment and ammenities for the patients and staff, over and above the annual budget of the hospital and occasionally the three doctors surgeries that support the hospital. The Charity are affiliated to the national body known as ATTEND who have been enhancing health and social care since 1948.

Brookside Boys Club provides a safe environment for boys and young men to socalise and partake in a range of sporting activities, therefore improving their social skills whilst promoting a healthy lifestyle.

The Charity manages the Community Centre on behalf of its member organizations such as the Bridge Club, the Self Help group, the St John ambulance etc., leasing it from the Sefton leisure department and managing the programme of activities.

We teach Western Medical Acupuncture to doctors, nurses and physiotherapists. We look to businesses and other donors to assist by paying the fees of nurses who are keen to expand their knowledge for the good of sick patients. Some of our nurses use acupuncture in the NHS and help patients by easing the symptoms of illness and can clear the patients entirely from the condition they present with.

Grants are made to local organisations in Cirencester & District, as it sees fit. The Trust also makes one-off grants to individuals within Cirencester & District who are in need as indicated by their GP or other qualified health professional.

The aim of the Medway Hindu Mandir is to promote Santana Dharma (Hinduism). To teach and remind values of Hindu religious & Indian culture, regardless of caste, creed, colour, sex, disability, nationality and be open for all to come together - all inter faiths welcome. Serving the local Medway community and nearby NHS staff and nurses with food and any other amenities feasible.
