To support the practice by purchasing or reimbursing the practice for the purchase, hire or lease of equipment, fittings and movables to facilitate the treatment and comfort of patients and to improve the patient experience. To pay for or reimburse the practice for the cost of repair and maintenance of said items.

Within the City of York, the charity provides grants for 1. nursing/medical assistance, including appliances, medicines or other necessary items; 2. clothes, boots, linen, bedding, fuel, tools, food, or other articles in kind; and 3. (for persons under 21 years entering, or engaged in, any trade, occupation or service) outfits, payment of fees, instruction, or payment of travel expenses.

Our Association seeks to widen the opportunities for patients to enjoy the right of access to alternative medicine and to work in partnership with all practitioners by promoting excellence in the general practice of natural medicine. We organise lectures and seminars for the public and hope to set up a national clinic of natural medicine in the UK when funds permit.

Running Christian Retreats, Conferences, Fellowship meetings, and Gatherings, for the purpose of affording religious instruction and spiritual help to those attending and counselling those in need of spiritual guidance and instruction.

Financial assistance towards the cost of holidays or short breaks, for those deemed to be in need or to be worthy causes by the doctors in the Haslington Surgery or by the Trustees.

We had a varied programme of talks on The Suffragettes, a Victorian Nurse (and scurrilous gossip), SS Great Britain and Unravelling the Secrets of Forged Signatures. Christmas songs were enjoyed - along with mince pies, and we all enjoyed painting on silk. Along with our meeting on Resolutions and our AGM plus a couple of quizes, we also managed monthly walks and Book Group.

The Trust was formed to help people from all backgrounds, all religions, and spiritual persuasions to be more conscious and spiritually aware. It is an Educational Trust. We offer free courses and conscious information via social media and online, plus 121 healing, counselling, coaching and mentoring.

THE CHARITY WORKS TO EMPOWER AFRICAN WOMEN IN ORDER TO TACKLE POVERTY, ILL HEALTH AND TRAUMA. THIS IS DONE THROUGH PROVISION OF TRAINING, ADVICE, COUNSELLING, MEDIATION AND ADVOCACY.

Financial assistance for residents of village of Hordle, Hampshire, in cases of medical or related expenses.

The income of the charity is used for relieving in cases of need, persons in Parish of Budleigh Salterton, who are sick, convalescent, disabled, handicapped or infirm. We have provided such items as Propad cushions, audio cassettes, recliner chairs, mattress elevators, electric raising beds and wheel chairs.

Swindon Mind provides a community, wellbeing & learning programme consisting of; Wellbeing House. One to one advice, counselling & Wellbeing Coordination. Activity & social inclusion in the community including sport, walking, connect & meet, Creative classes, swimming, football. Mental Health Training, Schools programme, Employment Services Support & Swindon Mindful Employers Network.

Aim of the Goring & Woodcote Medical Equipment Fund is to provide additional medical equipment for use by the doctors and nurses at the Practice.

The purchase and maintenance of equipment for the benefit of persons attending Drybrook Surgery.Donate equipment to The Doctors, The local NHS Trust or individual patients.Arrange and support staff training.Circulate books, pamphlets, films etc.Raise funds and receive gifts, invest monies not immediately required.

To promote and extent the learning and knowledge of and research into ortopaedic surgery.The activities consist of the raising and allocation of funds to support appropriate medical research, particularly that undertaken by the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery in Bristol.

Our charity is for the companionship, education & social gathering of women in this community. We are also quite willing to undertake other tasks for the benefit of our community. We monitor the health and wellbeing of our members particularly the elderly ones and provide contact and emotional support.

Income to be applied for the benefit of nurses engaged at the Guest Hospital and Eye Infirmary Dudley and in particular for the assistance of nurses in training.||Due to the change in status of the hospital over the years the main object of the Trust has been defeated and negotiations are continuing with the Charity Commission as to how the funds of the Charity may be applied.

To promote the better health and wellbeing of older people through encouraging inter-disciplinary training, research and excellence in practice and service provision.

Support of Health facilities and care in the village of Great Staughton

This society functions to give small grants to mainly christian churches to assist them with practical care for the elderly. This usually applies to extra assistance in winter also for summer excursions in summer. It includes grants for counselling visiting and advice and vehicles. We also give to other charities.

To provide financial assistance to individual and charitable cases, within the local areas surrounding the town of Clitheroe, Lancashire, in relation to healthcare, nursing and social needs.
