The Stratford Advice Arcade area of operation covers the London Borough of Newham. The charity houses a diverse range of organisations that provides advice, support, guidance and counselling to all communities in Newham and surrounding areas.The charity also provides facilities for organisations to provide outreach services; it hires training/meeting and counselling rooms on a sessional basis.

We carry out work in the community, serving those who need us, providing comfort and assisting them in a changing and challenging environment. We work in parishes and hospitals visiting the sick and housebound, counselling the bereaved in person and by phone. Action for Neurodiversity (AfN) offers a bespoke counselling service for lives that have become adversely affected by the experience of Asperger's Syndrome (autism). Individuals who may benefit from AfN's service are those who are aged 3 to adult and either have autism or are in a close relationship with someone who has autism.
