Aidan's Activity Fund provides the Queen Alexandra Hospital, children's wards with item and activities to help prevent boredom for inpatients.

We exist to provide goodwill services and products, in addition to official sources, for all people touched by maternity or neonatal settings in hospital and beyond. There is a non-exhaustive list of projects, ideas, and plans in order to achieve delivering this, with the goal to improve wellbeing of patients and their families, and simply put as many smiles on faces as we can.

Trust income to be used for the relief of sickness and promotion of health for the patients at the Inpatient Unit at Western Community Hospital, William Macleod Way, Southampton.

FUNDS RAISED ARE USED TO BUY SOLAR EQUIPMENT, REFRIGERATION AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES WHICH ARE SENT TO THE HOSPITALS UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE UPPER SHIRE, NORTHERN, SOUTHERN AND LAKE MALAWI ANGLIAN DIOCESES.

Purchase of equipment for treatments of cancer to Essex hospitals.

Sport & sports coaching for children aged 7-18. Room for fund raising occasions:- Queenscourt Hospice. Derian House - Childrens Hospice. Guide Dogs - Southport Swimming Club, to name a few.

We are a Heacham based charity that supports the constant efforts of The Norfolk Hospice in Snettisham and The Bob Champion Trust.

We purchase & donate equipment (medical & nursing) for hospitals, health centres in the parish of Clarendon and surrounding areas, Jamaica. We also donate aids such as wheelchairs to individuals as requested. This year {2014] the charity refurbish the out patients waiting room at the Percy Junour Hospital in Spalling

We provide Advice, information and guidance to the somali and bravanese Community in Waltham Forest and surrounding boroughs. We also run Football Club project to the Somali youth in Waltham Forest as well as outreach services to GP's and Hospitals.Moreover we are member of the MASC ( Multi-lingual Advice Service Consortium).

To make small grants to cancer patients to provide equipment for the cancer wing at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich.

Cancer Support Group offering counselling, information, support to anyone affected by cancer be it patient, relatives and friends. One to one counselling support, plus group counselling, bereavement counselling, home hospital and hospice visits.Weekly drop in sessions. Advice and advocacy on issues affecting cancer patients.

The Foundation does not seek donations from outside sources. Its income is derived solely from sources associated with the Trustees, mainly J.S. Arthur, one of the original Trustees. Various amounts are donated to other charities, but recently the predominant donations have been to the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity to research a specific form of Breast Cancer and the Hospice movement.

The trustees visited ICU in hospital in the Gambia during 2014-2015 and were pleased to see it in operation. Shipment of donated medical goods sent in September 2014 to hospital in the Gambia.Brought two ITU Gambian nurses to Broomfield hospital 2016 for two months training. Supported 1 medical student and 1 pharmaceutical student,2017-2018, donated £500 to Bees Abroad

Smiles Across Nepal led a group in March to assist Dhulikel Hospitals Community department deliver dental care to rural mountainous regions. We delivered oral health education to school children in order to try and raise the level of oral health at grass roots level. We established firm links with the dental hopsital in Dhulikel and are planning a model for future aid in the region.

NYARKO CLEFT CARE CONTINUES TO PROMOTE AWARENESS AND OFFER SPECIALIST TREATMENT IN GHANA. THE CHARITY AIMS TO ESTABLISH A DEDICATED CLEFT TREATMENT CENTRE IN TAMALE TEACHING HOSPITAL. PROJECT IS HEADED BY PROFESSOR P HAERS, THE PRESIDENT OF THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF ORAL AND MAXILLOFACIAL SURGEONS, WHO IS BASED IN LONDON AT THE GUYS & ST THOMAS NHS FOUNDATION TRUST.

Fundraising enables us to supply essential medical equipment. We also offer services & organise activities for patients & provide a link with the local community.On the closure of the Bolingbroke patient services & the Day Hospital moved into St. John's Therapy Centre from where we now operate. To avoid confusioin for our patients we are known as The Bolingbroke & St. John's Friends.

Previously fundraising events including ladies fashion evenings, summer fairs, BBQ's collection days, quiz nights.Currently inactive.

Our primary charitable purpose is to provide free self-care boxes/ hospital packs to women experiencing severe perinatal mental illness, admitted to NHS Mother and Baby Units across the UK.
