THE PURCHASE OR HIRE OF EQUIPMENT REQUIRED FOR USE IN INVESTIGATING, TREATING OR ALLEVIATING THE SUFFERING OF ANY CANCER PATIENT IN THE NORTH HUMBERSIDE OR SCARBOROUGH REGION OR FOR PURPOSES OF RESEARCH LEADING TO THE ADVANCEMENT OF MEDICAL SCIENCE IN THE FIELD OF RADIOTHERAPY AND ONCOLOGY GENERALLY.

Provision of Hospital Radio services

Provide transport for elderly & infirm for: hospitals, doctors etc, shopping, outings.

The preservation, protection, restoration and enhancement of the former Mendip Hospital cemetery and chapel, to provide a public amenity of historical merit for the benefit of the local community. Also, to provide information and support for those who have relatives buried in the cemetery.

The aim of the Christian Blandford fund is to improve the comfort of children and their families, particularly those affected by cancer, during prolonged stays in NHS hospitals. We have worked mostly with St George's Hospital in Tooting but we have improved several other children's wards in the UK. We are now working closely with The Tesla Owners Group UK to provide mini electric cars for wards.

Currently we are running a free coaching centre for poor children to provide with extra tuition. To encourage student to attend classes, the charity provide free clothing and light refreshment during the class. Following a recent visit to India, the trustees found that some Ambulances are required for rural part of Haryana state. On approval our application ambulances will be donated to hospital.

The charity has been established to support the new Brackley Community Hospital, due to open in 2020. This will be an NHS facility and will be fully equipped by, and run by, the NHS. However, the charity seeks to manage publicly raised funds that will enhance the facilities otherwise provided, thus giving add-on benefits to residents of Brackley and the surrounding villages.

The Charity meets John Kimbells original intent by: Giving a cash gift annually to widows and people of pensionable age in the parish.Giving one off payments to any resident going into hospital for more than 3 nights, and cash gifts to new babies and children as they start primary and secondary school. A delivery of a loaf of bread to each household in the Parish at new year.

We provide Bible classes by chapters and through Bible comparison. We also teach our Bible class participants to pray with God's words individually or by prayer groups.We spread the Christian faith through street evangelism, home visits and hospital visits.We may also arrange visits at the aged home.We may also coordinate with churches of the Christian faith to promote our faith.

We are Self-Help Support Group for Chronic Pain Sufferers and work closely with the Pain Management Clinic at Royal Preston Hospital (RPH). SMILE stands for Self-Motivation in Lasting Endorphins and we ensure that Self Motivation is given a helping hand by having a weekly physiotherapy approved gentle exercise session followed by relaxation both proven methods for helping chronic pain sufferers.

Provides assistance to King's College Hospital Nurses and Midwives wherever they may be in the world, and whether members of the King's College Hospital Nurses League or not.

PROVIDING BUILDINGS FACILITIES AND SERVICES TO THE ELDERLY.

Small idependent local charity, raising money for local cancer care. Fundraising activities include dinner dances, barn dance, quiz night, bridge evening and cake/book stalls at numerous fetes. Money raised is used to buy/contribute towards items for use in cancer care at local hospitals and hospices.
