Activities & Mission
We are Self-Help Support Group for Chronic Pain Sufferers and work closely with the Pain Management Clinic at Royal Preston Hospital (RPH). SMILE stands for Self-Motivation in Lasting Endorphins and we ensure that Self Motivation is given a helping hand by having a weekly physiotherapy approved gentle exercise session followed by relaxation both proven methods for helping chronic pain sufferers.
