The Charity operates in Dorset and Hampshire, operating 13 Charity Shops.The profits of which are used to help and support those who have, or have had Breast Cancer.ie equipment needed in Hospitals that would not have been supplied by the NHS.The Charity has also set up it's own Breast Cancer Support Centre in Wimborne, where financial help and advice can be given regarding post op wigs/bras

Bedford Hospitals Charity was founded in 1988 to improve the equipment and facilities for patients and staff at Bedford Hospitals. It has raised 9.5million, notably 2.5million for the Primrose Oncology Unit and 765,000 for cancer projects. The appeal to raise 750,000 to expand cancer services at Bedford is now complete and the current one is for a new MRI scanner costing over 1million.

Raising money for the Royal Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital in order to purchase much needed equipment not provided by the NHS Trust.

On 30.06.2022 we converted from a Trust (Reg 1106677) to a CIO. Our activities have not changed. We support children with life challenging conditions, and their families, across London, Surrey and Sussex by providing tailored support, in hospital and at home. Latch is here for families affected by childhood cancer in Wales, providing bespoke emotional, practical and financial support. The charity is based at the Children's Hospital for Wales in Cardiff. We support children with cancer and those undergoing cancer-like treatment who are under the care of the Paediatric Oncology Principal Treament Centre in Wales at the Children's Hospital.

A whole range of activities including twice weekly parent/ carers and toddlers group; a football team, Hub Athletic; sports coaching; after school clubs, Hub Art club and a youth club; a Foodbank; Mentoring for young people referred by St Thomas Hospital A&E staff; Night shelter for the homeless in partnership with Robes project; Debt advice service; and Waterloo Farm.

Inter Care sends targeted medical aid to rural health units in Ghana, Sierra Leone, Tanzania and Malawi. The health units we support serve a catchment population of over 10 million and include clinics, hospitals, dispensaries and centres for orphaned and vulnerable children. The medical aid Inter Care sends consists mainly of medicines and healthcare goods that are donated or purchased in country.

The Suffolk Owl Sanctuary maintains a raptor hospital for injured wild owls & other birds of prey, plus flight recovery aviaries and a hack-back team to re-introduce them back to the wild; a nest box scheme which funds, builds, maintains & monitors new habitat for wild owls; and operates the "Saving Britain's Owls" scheme dispensing free information & educational advice on owl care & conservation.

APART FROM SUPPORTING THE LOCAL HOSPITAL AND HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS BY PURCHASING MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND ENHANCING THE TIME PATIENTS SPEND IN HOSPITAL,

Merthyr and the Valleys Mind are a local charity affiliated to National Mind. We provide a range of quality services to adults who experience mental or emotional distress. The services include community and hospital advocacy, resource centres that provide dropin facilities, counselling, training and a range of groups e.g. depression, self-help, gardening, relaxation, IT and music.

To receive income and purchase equipment and amenities for any charitable purpose or purposes relating to the National Health Service.

The objectives of the Society are, to advance knowledge of, foster scientific interest in and disseminate information about the prevention and control of hospital and other healthcare associated infection, to medical and allied professionals for the benefit of the public.

Grants to the four schools of the foundation to keep the Foundation schools in good repair. Educational grants to children and young persons whoi live in Bedworth or are attending or have attended one of the Foundation schools who are going on to further education. Grant to the NIcholas Chamberlaine's Hospital and Sermon Charity.

Pets As Therapy facilitates visits by registered volunteers with their temperament assessed dogs and cats to establishments including hospitals, hospices, residential and nursing homes, and day care centres, bringing comfort, companionship and therapy into the lives of thousands of patients and residents. Registered PAT dogs and cats also work with phobic children and stroke patients.

The Charity owns and manages Almshouses in Isleham, Cambridgeshire

CNC aims to help older and vulnerable people maintain their independence and connections with their communities and avoid admision to hospital. We have a team of over 120 volunteers who provide direct support through our Help at Home service. Our Community Development team support local community groups who also share our aims. We also represent older people's interests wherever possible.

Any charitable purpose or purposes relating to any ward or department within North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust

Activities of the charity include supporting London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust and other NHS organisations in North West London, by providing funds to benefit patients and staff and by purchasing complementary equipment or services for which the organisations are unable to provide funding through the NHS exchequer sources.

INFORMATION AND ADVICE SERVICE, INSURANCE, CONTRACTOR CALL, WELFARE RIGHTS, DAY CARE, ASSISTED BATHING AND CATERING ALL AT THE WILLIAM AND PATRICIA VENTON CENTRE. IN THE COMMUNITY WE PROVIDE HOME FROM HOSPITAL, BEFREINDING, A REMINISCENCE SERVICE AND TRANSPORT. WE HAVE THREE FUND-RAISING CHARITY SHOPS LOCATED IN EASTBOURNE.

The Evelyn Trust has invested funds to support the relief of sickness, the preservation and protection of health for the public benefit and the promotion of medical research and education within the City of Cambridge, the University of Cambridge and the Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge or otherwise in the surrounding areas.
