We provide social care and support for people in the Stockport area who are suffering and recovering from a range of mental health problems. We offer a range of social, therapeutic, leisure, volunteering and educational activities that take place both inside the centre and in the wider community.

The Society, which is a registered charity, was formed to advance the understanding, prevention and treatment of mental illness related to childbearing.The Society was founded in January 1980. The Society employs a part-time administrator.There are autonomous branches in Australasia, France, Germany, the United Kingdom and Ireland.

St.James's House provides a range of training and vocational services to people with mental health problems in London

Improving women and girls mental health & emotional wellbeing. Providing targeted support for those affected by mental ill health, domestic abuse, inequality, poverty, isolation and loneliness. Counselling : Befriending; Holistic Therapies and Advocacy to support progression and recovery. Support groups for women and girls to understand and manage depression, anxiety, loss and grief.

The Trust is concentrating resources on supporting young people with mental health challenges in the Banbury, Oxfordshire area including Warwickshire and South Northamptonshire while continuing to support the Oxford Children's Hospital and those arts organisations which the Trustees have supported for many years. There are unlikely to be resources available for new applicants in the near future.

We are hosting a range of projects and programmes in its impressively large building including children education projects , Healthy Lifestyles Project for the elderly, support for people suffering from mental health problems, and a core Women's Group. There is very low-cost gym usage for the public.

The objects of the charity is to benefit the public by providing relief and rehabilitation to persons resident in the United Kingdom suffering or recovering from any form of mental illness by provision of opportunities for such persons to engage in therapeutic activities.

The Charity manages a loved listed building that houses useful functions such as; a community halls, nursery, cafe, doctors surgery and office space for businesses and charities. With surpluses from rent income it provides cheap use of the halls to small community initiatives, directly runs mental health and elderly projects and provides a corporate umbrella for developing community groups.

Provide a sheltered workshop facility for those suffering from long term severe and enduring mental health problems inc. schizophrenia and manic depression. To provide meaningful work for sufferers. To provide information and support for sufferers and carers and support other organisations statutory and voluntary working in the same field.

We provide support to people with Dementia and mental health problems and their carers, by providing a respite service and also a day centre facility.

The objects of the charity are to promote the welfare of disabled persons, other than those with a serious mental health condition, within the county of Gloucestershire. To achieve this purpose the charity operates a grant funding scheme and invites written applications from groups and individuals which will enhance the quality of life of people with disabilities.

PAC provides therapeutic interventions for young people aged 6 to 25 presenting with emotional, interpersonal and mental health problems and challenges often with associated learning disability. By delivering this preventative work young people address their problems before they escalate, they re-engage into education or employment and live more positive lives within society.

Aims to relieve distress caused by loneliness and social isolation. Offers social gatherings and one-to-one support service to those experiencing loneliness. Aims to prevent mental health deterioration affected by social isolation.

Providing homes in the Community for people suffering from severe and enduring mental health conditions

The charity supports Deaf and hard of hearing people in Cornwall, the Isles of Scilly, and parts of Devon.We provide BSL interpreters, Deaf communication support, and expert information, advice and guidance on d/Deaf-related issues. Our services include Deaf Awareness training and advocacy in health, mental health and social care.

Springfield Advice & Law Centre provides independent legal advice for service users of South West London & St Georges Mental Health (NHS) Trust. It offers specialist advice and representation in housing, community care, debt and welfare benefits; plus general advice and referral in other areas of law; and provides information on legal matters affecting mental health service users.

The principal activities of the social enterprise are an artisan bakery, bicycle workshop and light manufacturing. This work provides time limited (usually 3 months) trainee placements for men and women who suffer from mental ill health and forms a part of their recovery and social inclusion. The aim of the enterprise is a move on of trainees to employment or further training.

The Abbey Road Centre (Canolfan Abbey Road) is a community resource centre providing support, information and resources to promote better mental health. Support may be accessed via befriending and counselling, workshops and training, activities and complimentary therapies. We host other relevant organisations who deliver their services on site.

Provision of grants for the relief of poor persons who are experiencing/have experienced mental health problems who are resident in Leicester and the counties of Leicestershire and Rutland. Grants are made for the benefit of qualifying recipients within the National Health Service and within the private and voluntary sectors. Grants are not made for costs that should be met from public funds.

Westminster Arts is a community based charity established to promote social inclusion through the development and delivery of specialist arts programmes and activities. We work primarily with communities in the central London area, with a particular focus on supporting the needs of older people living with dementia and other mental health issues.
