We maintain a Museum which is manned by volunteer Stewards with local knowledge to help visitors learn about Newhaven and the surrounding area. We have a keyword searchable database providing access to information within the 20,000 photographs and other materials held. We also hold public lectures on local history and attend local community events.

The choir operates in Kingston-upon-Thames and provides singing opportunities to members and non-members. Choir members meet for rehearsal one evening a week during term time. The Trust owns Abbots Hall, a number of buildings and some 65 acres of land. All of this was let to the Museum of East Anglian Life(now known as the Food Museum) and included in two 120 year leases date 1/9/2004.The Abbots Hall Trust is concerned with monitoring the two leases to the museum and with liaising with the museum and other bodies where appropriate.

Provision of escorted outings to places of interest & social get-togethers sometimes with a speaker; &2.
