Activities & Mission

Hounslow School of LifeSaving (HSLS) is a lifesaving club teaching Juniors (5-12) the Rookie Lifeguard syllabus; 12 +work on senior awards. (providing a gateway to the NPLQ and other water based organisations.)Resuscitation is also taught. Juniors are expected to be able to swim 25m confidently in a swimming pool. Club night is Tuesday (7- 9.30pm @ Heston Pool, Heston Rd, Hounslow TW5
