St Wilfrid's Hospice provides and promotes high quality specialist palliative care through inpatient & community services. The charity operates a 14 bed inpatient unit; hospice at home service; a day hospice open 3 days a week; a community team caring for up over 230 patients at any one time; a bereavement service; an education centre and support and advice to patients & staff in local hospitals.

Support and empower young people who are homeless to recognise, develop and take advantage of the choices open to them. Provide high quality, effective and flexible housing and support services to meet the diverse needs of young people who are homeless.

The principal activity of the Charity is to provide accommodation, care and support for adults with a learning disability or serious mental illness. The charity seeks to provide high quality, responsive services that meet the needs of the service users and enhance their quality of life.

The objects of the charity are the education and care of children with complex special needs, who are recognised by their Local Education Authority as having communication, social, medical, emotional and behavioural problems.

Provision of Specialist Palliative Care in Wirral comprising Inpatient, Outpatient , Wellbeing Services, Hospice at Home and advice line.

To provide hospice care and support for children and young people with palliative care needs including support for the whole family. This includes; specialist respite including symptom management, hospice at home, end of life care and bereavement support after death. This care and support is provided in partnership with individual children's local health, social and education professionals.

The operation of a School which educates students aged 5 to 16 years and a Further Education College providing post 16 education. Both the School and College offer residential and day placements to deaf young people. The Charity also operates a Children's Home for deaf young people.

Equinox works to help and support individuals with drink and/or substance misuse issues, mental health issues and those caught in the Criminal Justice system. We provide housing and/or support or counselling.

The Hospice of St Francis (Berkhamsted) Ltd aims to achieve the best quality of life for patients with life-limiting illness, using the skills of a highly trained team of staff and volunteers in the therapeutic environment of the Hospice, at home, and elsewhere.

Shared Lives South West is a registered charity delivering Shared Lives services across Devon and Cornwall. Shared Lives South West is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as a Shared Lives scheme. We offer accommodation with care and support in the family homes of our approved Shared Lives carers.

The aims of the Charity are to engage in activities for the exclusive benefit of the Royal Hospital Chelsea (RHC) which has provided a fitting home for retired army veterans since 1692. Its main activities are to raise funds for capital investment projects of the RHC and to cover costs not met by the Grant in Aid funding which the RHC receives from the Ministry of Defence.

Provision of residential and day training work, social and domestic skills for young adults with learning disabilities. Provided through a range of activities from classroom studies, different levels of supervised accommodation in our own premises at local supported housing, work place skills through extensive horticultural and workplace facilities as well as work placements in the community.

Avenues East is part of a Group of charities which pioneer specialist social care supporting people facing significant disadvantage through illness and disability so they can live full lives in their local communities. We also support adults and children in their own homes or residential settings who have learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues, acquired brain injury or dementia.

British Home provides specialist nursing care and rehabilitation to people living with neuro-disability. This includes both short and long-term rehabilitation, respite care and palliative care for those with degenerative illness.

The provision of accommodation with support and outreach work for vulnerable homeless people.

Prospect Hospice provides dedicated end of life care in the Swindon and Wiltshire areas. It supports patients in the purpose-built Hospice, and in people's own homes. All care is provided free of charge and is offered in partnership with community and hospital services.

Provision of accommodation for students largely from Overseas. Provision of social facilities, welfare services and scholarship for students. We are actively involved in organisation such as UKCISA promoting the better experience for students. We play a global role with other International Houses in communicating international friendship and understanding between overseas and British students.
