At the centre, food, clothing, health care, and other essentials are provided.3.Reuniting street children with their families.Once they return home,we pay for school fees or vocational training.

The work and witness of Battersea Methodist Mission has continued through the year. The trustees decided and started renovating the four storey building to an acceptable standard. On the 5th of August 2010, building was reopened for church services and offices. Imani project reopened and music school for young people newly established. Battersea is now a home voluntary organisations.

The Carnival Estate Fund, in Leigh-on-Sea provides housing for people in need over 60 years of age who have lived in the Boroughs of Southend, Rochford or Castlepoint or for people who live outside these areas, that have relatives living within 3 miles of the Carnival Estate, also for people who do not have in excess of --£6k in their savings.

The provision of free accommodation and limited financial support, for a limited period, for destitute adult females seeking asylum in the UK or who are actively pursuing an Appeal to the Immigration Tribunal or Courts, irrespective of race,colour,ethnicity, relegious beliefs or sexual orientation.

We have developed into a multi-award winning group of 200 mainly consisting of young adults, implemented 15 projects, aiming to make a difference in communities through care-home entertainments, clean-ups, youth festivals, gardening, weeding, balsam bashing, farming, painting, graffiti removal, gum removal, blood drives, food donations, cheering and disaster relief.

To provide grants towards board and accommodation costs for men and women professionally engaged in literature, music or the fine arts, where those in need would be able to work or rest in peaceful surroundings for short periods.

To relieve the suffering of horses, foals and ponies and in particular to provide and maintain a sanctuary for such unwanted animals and treat the sick or ill. To provide a good quality of life for our charges, and develop a role for them within the community, for the benefit of the wider public. We have a policy, where appropriate, to re-home suitable horses or ponies.

Our carefully trained parent volunteers give free emotional and practical help to any parent with at least one child under 11 living in the Borough of Kettering.By visiting a family in their own home and offering friendship Home-Start volunteers represent a lifeline for many families who are finding it hard to cope.

Operates welfare neutering and treatment schemes for owners in receipt of certain state benefits and Community Animal Action Days to raise awareness responsible animal ownership. Raises funds to support the above activities.

Pobl Trust (formerly known as Gwalia Trust) is a charitable arm of Pobl Group. the aim of the Trust is to help improve the quality of life for people and communities across areas where Pobl works. The Trust will donate up to £1000 per donation to good causes.
