The society arranges lectures, study days and visits to private houses, museums, exhibitions and other places for the appreciation and learning of decorative and fine arts. Also an art competition and exhibition is arranged for those in the 6th form of local schools and volunteers help with local preservation projects.

The object of the charity is the relief of persons who are in need, hardship or distress who are resident in the area of benefit. The charity provides relief by the provision of housing upon terms appropriate to their means, in three cottages owned by the charity in Exford, Somerset.

A) To advance the education of young members of the public in agriculture, home crafts, country life and related subjects. and B) In the interest of social welfare to provide and promote the provision of facilities for recreation and leisure.

We help southwest families of critically ill children. We do this by creating and delivering supply boxes for families staying away from home while their child receives care in Bristol children's hospital. These boxes are packed full of everyday essentials like food, toiletries, washing powder and much more. We also offer additional financial support for families through a personal referral system

Raise awareness and essential fundraising to support the environment and the supporting activities for the children of Somerfords Walter Powell VA Primary School.

The Trustees intend to support the orphans of this home through grants providing funding for improvements to buildings and facilities, the provision of vehicles and to enable the proper payment of staff caring for the orphans.

The charity's object is to promote sustainable development for the benefit of the public and it does so principally by by providing information on ways by which householders and others can reduce their carbon budget, especially energy use in the home. The Going Wild project raises awareness of environmental issues particularly the global Ecological and Climate Emergency.

Publication of monthly Village Magazine delivered to all 2500 homes in the area free of charge. Organisation of Social Events and Community activities, maintenance of flower beds in village, make grants to other organisations and individuals in line with Association's objectives.

Providing affordable housing for 6 elderly widows or spinsters

Raise money for the school via cake sales, summer and winter fairs, special events and organise and fund fun and social events for the children and parents. To work with the school to try and secure funding from various sources for improvements to the school and grounds. Also to liaise between parents and the school where parents don't feel able to approach the school directly themselves.

The Object of The Trench Experience is to further the education of the public in relation to the sacrifice of soldiers during the Great War 1914-1918.; and to tell of the hardships endured by civilians on the Home Front.Ultimately we hope to generate sufficient funds to assist either financially or otherwise other charitable organisations throughout the world who share our humanitarian ideals

Joy of Learning is a charity working in Uganda and was registered in June 2021.
