Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust Charitable Fund supports and improves patient services and provides support for families and carers of NHS patients across Norfolk. It supports services and activities delivered within the community, in clinics and in people's homes. It also supports patients in Community hospitals.

We aim to introduce people to the love of God shown through Jesus Christ, to encourage those who already know God's love to keep trusting in that and to demonstrate God's love in practical acts of kindness. We provide support to people living with sight loss across the Wakefield District. We do this through a variety of practical and wider wellbeing services, including home visits, Demonstration and Advice events, and a programme of community outreach designed to bring people together for friendship and support. The Charity of Mrs Mabel Luke provides affordable housing for people in housing need and with a connection to the town of Newbury or the parish of Greenham. The original endowment was of 4 almshouses but in 2018 the Charity completed the redevelopment of the site and now owns 16 one- and two-bedroom flats at Mabel Luke Place, in central Newbury. The Charity is a Registered Provider.

Rehoming dogs who have been abandoned or abused from both the UK and abroad and rehoming them with new families/people on a permanent basis. We look after them at our kennel facility and then actively seek new owners for their forever homes. We act purely for non profit and all fund raising etc is used to run the kennels and pay for the transport of the dogs, vet bills, food, and general welfare.
