Raising money for the school

Including drop-in sessions for help with benefit forms housing and estate issues etc. Access to computers and internet. Public meetings, consultation and free to access community events. We specialise in supporting families with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, signposting to other services, providing peer support, helping apply for EHCPs and access to our sensory room.

We take care of animals, wildlife, nature and people. From looking after animals who have nobody, maintaining safe spaces for wildlife to flourish, creating habitats for the reintroduction of endangered wildlife to connecting people with the natural world.We work towards reharmonising people with the outdoors and encouraging respect for natural surroundings.

Provides four cottages for the elderly of the area.

We work within the town of Kendal giving financial aid to families in need of help for home equipment such as baby equipment, beds and white goods.

Provision of Almshouse accommodation.

Fund raising for Churchtown Primary School

Medical & educational support for the needy in the parishes of Monks Kirby, Pailton & Stretton under Fosse

The administration and management of almshouses and assets belonging to the charity, including maintenance and repair; and the application of income of the charity for the benefit of its alms people.

Fund raising events, rental of holiday homes abroad and in england for dialysis patients use

Letting and maintenance of two alms houses in Sproughton village. Provision of grants to relieve hardship.

The trustees maintain and manage two almshouses on behalf of the Trust. These almshouses were left in trust by George Gregson of Heald House, Leyland.

An unincorporated charity administering four Almshouse flats in the village of Barlborough under bequests and an original deed dated 1752. These provide subsidised accommodation for people experiencing hardship.

Provides, maintains, develops and manages a home for the social life of the village.

To advance the Christian religion and to relieve the poor, the sick and the elderly abroad and at home

To advance the education of the pupils at Ashmount Primary School via fundraising activities.

To provide educational, welfare services, guidance, assistance relating to housing, social, religious and cultural activities, to achieve racial equity and equal opportunities for members of the Afghan Community in UK

Fundraising by numerous and varied activities eg bazaars, fetes, sponsored walks, pamper and quiz nights.

The support of charities working to improve the lives of children whose quality of life has suffered as a consequence of illness, mistreatment or other misfortune, including responding to the circumstances and conditions in the homes of children facing such adversities by also recognising the need to support the families who are caring for them.

To apply the income of the said fund in pepetuity either to or for any one or more charitable object or objects for the benefit of members of the Armenian people in any part of the world - The income is therefore paid to the Armenian Hospital which provides exceptional and accessible health care & housing for mainly low income and elderly members of the Armenian community.

BAND PERFORMANCES ON LYMINGTON BANDSTAND DURING SUMMER; ANNUAL CONCERT; VARIOUS PERFORMANCES FOR LOCAL CARE HOMES ETC.

The main purpose of the Society is to alleviate suffering and prevent cruelty to animals in the Weymouth and Portland area. The Society?s work consists of interventions to home stray or unwanted animals and where necessary to prevent cruelty. This involves liaison between Weymouth PAWS and other animal charities working locally.
