To relieve hardship among persons of the Jewish faith in Dorset and Hampshire. To visit Jewish patients in their private homes in hospitals and in nursing and residential homes. To provide aid to charitable causes as the committee may from time to time decide. To give support to the Bournemouth Community Hebrew Congregation. All of the above apply where reasonably possible.

The main purpose of the Womens Institute organisation is to enable women who are interested in issues associated with rural life, including arts crafts & sciences, to improve & develop conditions of rural life, to advance their education in citizenship, in public questions both national & international, in music, drama & other cultural subjects & in all branches of agricultural handicrafts, home

To support residents of eight almshouses.

Raises funds for Masonic charities providing general relief for medical, educational, child care and housing welfare for brethren and their families; also, local charities providing similar care in the community.

TO PROVIDE 2 ALMSHOUSES

Provide housing for local low income working person

We perform charitable concerts for local senior citizens organisations/homes & religious organisations. We organise and perform biannual celebrity concerts bringing well known classical artists to the area for the entertainment and enjoyment of local residents and visitors.

Offering hospitality to overseas students in a student hostel. Events are arranged at the student hostel - monthly Sunday teas. An annual programme of events is organised eg theatre outings, weekends away in country cottages, city and country walks, visits to places of interest, social evenings.

Providing support for people with Learning Difficulties who reside in the north Dorset area through the development and support of innovative projects that enhance their lives.

The Centre provides a weekly change of scenery and good company for elderly, disabled or housebound people in Portishead, with transport provided to and from their homes. Members enjoy activities such as games, readings, speakers, quizzes and a variety of outings. Lunches and refreshments are included.

THE ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINE OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND.

The Association supports the education and welfare of pupils by fostering relationships with staff, parents and other associates of the school and engaging in activities which assist the pupils' education both in and out of the classroom. Fund raising events include the annual garden party, car boot sales, quizzes. Funds support theatre trips, keep fit/play equipment and larger projects.

Fundraising events such as summer and Christmas fayres, discos, wine and wisdom evenings etc to provide money for treats for the children as well as equipment required by the school as necessary.

To help single people who have the care and custody of a child or children or expectant mothers resident within the Diocese of Carlisle.

Enable the Trustees to use the income in such manner as in their discretion they should think fit for the encouragement of or reward for advances in the prevention, treatment and housing of infectious diseases.

Medical, educational and those in need ie village for children, children's hostel, school science laboratory, village clinics. New livelihood solution and sustainable income generation.

Sending poor patients from any of the specified hospitals to their homes or elsewhere.Purchasing linen or other clothing for poor patients in any of the specified hospitals or for poor patients who have been discharged from any of the specified hospitals.Paying the expenses or part of the expenses for medical aids for poor patients in any of the specified hospitals.

Raise money for Grenoside Community Primary School, to enhance the childrens education.
