Stray Aid is an animal welfare-based organization whose primary aim is to stop re-homeable stray dogs and unwanted cats from being put down. By increasing public awareness to the plight of unwanted animals, providing information on what to do if you lose or find a dog or cat, who to contact and how to get help. We are creating a network to facilitate the exchange of dogs around the country.

The purpose of the Charity is to maintain almshouses in the Grimsby area for use by retired sailors, fish trade workers and their wives or widows

The Charity runs a Church called AOG (Bangor) Pentecostal ChurchThe charity also runs 18 charity shops for the purpose of supporting Orphanages, widows, street children etc at various part of world. The charity also supports other charity's and also provides employment for the local people. Every week the church also feeds the homeless in the community.

To provide therapeutic housing for individuals affected by substance misuse, offending & homelessness issues

ASAP works to reduce destitution of asylum seekers in the UK by defending their legal rights to food and shelter. As a charity and through partnerships, we provide parental engagement programmes to support UK primary schools. Our programmes support parents, particularly those in disadvantaged areas, by providing them with videos and activities, through our inclusive online platform. Restore (York) Ltd is a charity working to relieve homelessness and to provide support and mentoring for vulnerable people in the City of York.

Free to Be Kids provides respite holidays, therapeutic adventures, after-school support and a range of year round residentials for children who are struggling with social or emotional difficulties, significant social/financial disadvantage or who are growing up in marginalised communities. Without our work, many would not have support or a break from often extremely difficult home circumstances.

This charity runs "Meadowside" a residential home for up to 11 residents with varying degrees of learning and/or physical disabilities, which has been their home for up to 30 years. Respite Care is also provided. Social events are also organised for the members, including those from the wider community.
