Providing almshouse accommodation for the poor and needy.

To relieve homelessness and other forms of poverty by funding and creating projects to improve the life skills and opportunities of those who are marginalised. Our funds are raised by executives at our events who sleep outdoors for one night to raise sponsorship from their business contacts and friends. These events are nationwide.

The charity provides free advice to the general public on a range of issues, including debt and money, benefit and tax credits, housing, family issues and consumer advice. Largely, those benefiting from our services are those most in need, particularly those in financial hardship.

To run and maintain the Emmaus community in Merseyside which provides a home and work and a community for formerly homeless people.

Hammersmith and Fulham Law Centre has worked on the front line of advice needs for 39 years. We have legal aid contracts in housing, welfare benefits, immigration & asylum and prioritise helping those who are most vulnerable and disadvantaged. We give free legal advice and support on a range of housing issues to people in H&F and run the duty possession desk 2 days a week at our local County Court

HOME-START NOTTINGHAM PROVIDES HOME-VISITING SERVICE OFFERING SUPPORT AND FRIENDSHIP TO PARENTS WITH AT LEAST ONE CHILD UNDER 5 YEARS WHERE THEY ARE EXPERIENCING STRESS, ISOLATION AND/OR ILLNESS.VOLUNTEERS WHO ARE PARENTS ARE RECRUITED AND TRAINED BY QUALIFIED AND PAID STAFF BEFORE BEING MATCHED TO FAMILIES. HOME-START NOTTINGHAM COVERS NOTTINGHAM CITY, RUSHCLIFFE, GEDLING, BROXTOWE AND ASHFIELD

We provide the Catalyst Night shelter for 12 people from the London Borough of Havering, together with 24 units of Thrive supported housing and social enterprise within 8 shops and a cafe.

Regeneration and renewal of the West Earlham, North Earlham, Larkman and Marlpit areas of Norwich by working in partnerships with residents and service providers to the public to reduce levels of disadvantage in the area with specific regard to crime, health, unemployment and housing

Home-Start Kirklees is a volunteer led family support charity offering early intervention support to vulnerable families with young children. Support centres on 1:1 home visits made by specialist staff & community volunteers. Volunteers are recruited, trained & supervised in a range of roles. We specialise in supporting young parents 14-24 years with peer support, 1:1 support & group activities.

Liverpool Lighthouse Limited, based in Anfield Liverpool, is becoming a nationally recognised Urban Gospel Arts Centre.We also demonstrate the Christian faith through practical help to those most vulnerable in the community, including homeless people, children, young people, excluded groups and the elderly.
