The objects of the CIO are to promote and protect activities that benefit communities and in particular (without limitation) to provide benefit to young women and girls across marginalised communities in Africa, Europe, Latin America and Asia by relieving and preventing poverty, advancing education and promoting equality by the elimination of discrimination on grounds of sex.
