JIGSAW aims to improve the resilience, emotional strength and well-being of carers of people with mental illness in Worcestershire. We do this through peer support and by sharing our knowledge and understanding of mental health issues. We meet once a month in the evening in Malvern. We have a website www.jigsaw.org.uk which provides details of our activities and links to other support services.
