TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE IN KINTBURY ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.

Basildon Hospital Radio provide an entertainment and information service to the patients, staff and visitors to the hospital. Most of our programmes are music based with our daily request shows and our weekly programme aimed at the hospital staff being the most popular. We are staffed entirely by volunteers and broadcast 24 hours per day with both live and computer-controlled programmes.

The provision and maintenance of a village hall without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and courses and other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants.

The Recreation Ground is for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Peasedown St John without distinction of political, religious or other opinion, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.Alongside a large area of open space, there is a children's play area; a skate park; a BMX track and also a football pitch with associated changing rooms and buildings.

OPERATIONS ARE LARGELY OF A FUNDRAISING NATURE, WITH EVENTS ORGANISED FOR THE SCHOLCHILDREN OF PLUMPTON SCHOOL, THEIR PARENTS, THE STAFF AND THE LOCAL COMMUNITY. TYPICAL EVENTS INCLUDE VILLAGE JUMBLE SALES, A CHRISTMAS FAYRE, A SPRING BALL, AN END-OF-TERM BARBECUE, AFTER-SCHOOL SWIMMING CLUBS, AFTER-SCHOOL ENTERTAINMENT CLUBS, QUIZZES, SCHOOL CALENDARS, AND AD-HOC EVENTS.

We fund raise by organising sales, entertainment or collections in the street

We provide sports and recreational activities i.e. bowling green activities and offer our clubhouse as a facility for group meetings and functions in the village.

To provide sport and recreational facilities for the elderly and old people living in and around the Medway area using facilities which are fully maintained for the stated purpose.

Provides buildings/facilities/open space for sport/recreation, all for the public benefit.

Provide recreational facilities - Sports Pavilion and tennis courts

Predominantly Amateur Boxing, but we also incorporate, Keep Fit, Health and Well Being, Sport and Recreation, Education and Training and a meeting place for the local residents if/when required as the building was bequeathed at the outset in 1939.

Sport and recreation for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Parish of Messingham

To help raise money for the school re educational and recreational purposes.

The object of the charity is to provide leisure activities for people with learning disabilities from Aylesbury and the surrounding area, including regular social evenings, theme park and theatre outings, as well as special evenings of entertainment.

Provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of Withycombe parish, including meetings of village organisations, recreational activities and leisure-time pursuits

The Hall is used for a number of social, cultural and recreational activities for all age groups. We have disabled access and facilities and a fully fitted, well equipped kitchen.

Provides an attractive venue for Community Council Meetings, Village Hall Committee Meetings, Llanhennock Ladies Meetings, Yoga Classes, Art Club, and for private parties. Also used for occasional entertainment, social evenings, and church events

Grants for young people up to the age of 25 for educational (GCSE,further and higher education)and sporting purposes where the applicant has reached county standard or equivalent. Grants also made to educational and voluntary organisations providing educational or leisure time activities. Applicants must be resident in the Parish of Northiam.

We provide a building and facilities for the use of various local groups and organisations for exercise, entertainment and educational purposes.

Provision of hall facilities. Promotion of social, education and leisure activities for local people.

Playing Field leased to Parish Council for recreational facilities for the village i.e Village Fetes, Car Boot Sales, School Sports, Fair etc. Book Grants for students of 18yrs or over in full time education in college or university.

The charitable purpose of the Unit is to promote the development of young people in achieving their physical, intellectual and social potential as individuals and as responsible citizens by the provision of education and leisure time activities using a nautical theme and in accordance with the principles, ethos and practices of the Marine Society & Sea Cadets (MSSC).

Craft Club - Tuesdays 10 am - 1 pm Principally cane work, but any other craft work is encouraged.Social Club - Wednesday 2 - 4 pm Entertainment provided by either visiting performers or activities such as dominoes or bingo.
