To promote the well fare of women in our area with regards to educational, recreational activities. The club operates with speakers, social evenings, and outings. We operate in the area of Harpenden Hertfordshire and includes all women from this area.

We provide tennis, bowls & cricket clubs. Open space for public recreation. Village hall for local associations & for hire.

KADRAS operate as a society in the village of Kelsall in Cheshire.Main activities are publishing a village magazine every 2 months and other publications include recently a village walks leaflet+village directory.Provide theatre entertainment, arrange walks, village hanging baskets, litter picking,bursary for young people, make grants to other village societies.

The Frome Society has space and facilities for local people to provide or participate in activities of social, recreational or educational interest based on the arts, culture and science.

PURPOSES OF A PUBLIC PARK AND RECREATION GROUND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE TOWN OF PONTYPRIDD AND THE ADJOINING DISTRICT

As a charity we maintain and improve the Willingham Playing Field facilities so that the local communities have access to a sports field, changing rooms, fitness equipment and a recreational play area for children. Our fundraising activities are used to continue maintenance and developments of this facility.

To manage a Reading Room and Village Hall for the inhabitants of Gressenhall without distinction of political or religious opinions including use for meetings, lectures, classes and other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation.

The Youth Club helps to educate young people through their leisure time activities, to develop their, physical, mental and spiritual capacities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society, and that their conditions of life be improved.The community centre aims to provide a focal point for residents of Charlton Kings to meet and hold local community events.

Our club meets fortnightly during warmer months and monthly during winter. We are a mixed group of ages and abilities. The meetings are social gatherings where we drink tea ,eat biscuits, plan outings and meals. We are a jolly bunch who like a laugh,help and support each other. The highlight of the meeting is usually a game or some other type of entertainment.

Managing and developing the Village Hall on behalf of the local Community. The hall is used, without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, for meetings, lectures, classes and for other forms of leisure activities.The sole purpose of the village hall is to provide opportunities for people from the local and wider community to meet, socialise and interact with each other.

U3A IS A LEARNING CO-OPERATIVE OF OLDER PEOPLE WHICH ENABLES MEMBERS TO SHARE MANY EDUCATIONAL, CREATIVE & LEISURE ACTIVITIES. IT PROMOTES & FACILITATES LIFE-LONG LEARNING. U3A'S ARE DEMOCRATIC SELF FUNDED & SELF MANAGED ORGANISATIONS, THEY DRAW UPON THE KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS OF THEIR MEMBERS TO ORGANISE INTEREST GROUPS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE WISHES OF THE MEMBERSHIP.
