Maintaining and administering the use of the East Harptree Theatre premises for the recreational, social and educational benefit of the people of the village of East Harptree.

We provide, maintain and manage the Kepier Hall which is located in Houghton le Spring, Tyne and Wear. Kepier Hall and its buildings are used by the community as a whole for amongst other uses, meetings, lectures and classes, recreation and leisure.

To provide Sports, Play and Recreational facilities for the people of Corwen and the surrounding area

Ruan Minor Village Hall provides recreational, social and educational facilities for the residents of our village and surrounding area.

To permit the premises of the Upton Victory Hall to be used in perpetuity as a place of recreational and social interaction for the benefit of the inhabitants of Upton.

The Centre provides recreational and leisure activities for local residents.

The Maybury Centre Trust is based in Woking, Surrey. Its purpose is to provide facilities for hire for social and business events, education, health, welfare and general recreation.

Shere Village Hall operates the Shere Village and Memorial halls for the use of Shere and the neighbourhood for use for meetings, lectures, classes and other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants

It offers lectures/talks on a regular basis. It also provides opportunities to take part in groups which pursue various educational, cultural, recreational, physical and social activities.

Guildford Area U3a organises in excess of 100 groups for persons retired or semi-retired. For an annual donation members are able to attend groups in Art,Crafts,Discussion,Drama,Games,Health Fitness & Leisure,History Languages, Literature, Music, Research and the Sciences.

Community use for leisure and recreation

To work with the local community to restore the former Derby Canal as a navigable waterway from Sandiacre to Swarkestone via Derby as close as possible to the original route, creating a cruising ring and reconnecting Derby to the national canal network maximising the sustainable economic, job creation, environmental, nature conservancy, leisure, heritage and educational benefits for all.

The Charity manages the Wye Village Hall facilities which comprise a Large Hall, a Small Hall, the Reece Pavilion and a small Meeting Room. Supplemented by two kitchen areas with kitchenettes and some storage space. The halls are hired out for private, one-off functions and for regular/semi-regular use mainly by not-for-profit organisations that are providing a service to the local community.

To establish and maintain a Community Centre for the inhabitants of the Parish of Bideford and to promote the centre for their benefit by providing facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation

Public ground for sport and recreation within the City of St Albans

The trust provides a community building for arts, leisure, recreational and educational use. We offer a film night and now have excellent bar facilities. We offer meeting rooms, a stage, a large dance floor. The hall is available for wedding receptions, parties, conferences as well as educational use, to the whole community.

Sport/recreation for general public, providing buildings/facilities & open space.

The main activities in relation to the charitable objects are:a. providing facilities to groups who have the primary aims of advancing education, advancing the christian religion and giving help to the less well off;b. providing facilities for Christian education holidays, e.g. camping, holiday clubs and sport / leisure events;c. assisting local Christian groups with pastoral and event needs

Church Services:- general, weekly Am; 1st Pm monthly at nearby sheltered housing complex.

Promote community events. Provide facilities for other registered charities. Encourage young people in participation of the community events. Provide social events for elderly.Dancing school for young people, old time dancing, snooker, pool, darts, bingo, quiz for all ages, disabled access and facilities.

To provide/assist in the provision of resources & facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation/leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age infirmity or disability, financial hardship or social circumstancesTo advance the education of the public generally on reuse of scrap and waste materials for environmental protection

The Trust maintains a Christian Ministry to seafarers and their families by the provision of a reading room, chapel and recreational facilities for the use of the inhabitants of Whitby.
