Safety First Community Training Centres primary aim is to provide a focal point in the community where people can become involved in a range of activities including : Education, Training, Recreation,Health projects and also to provide a response to particular problems identified by the community and / or residents

Provision of an institute and recreational facilities for the benefit of the community of Heanor, including Bowls, Football, Long Alley Skittles,Pool, Darts, Dominoes. Dementia tea dance.

The charity runs a community swimming pool and community room. It is a heated indoor pool and aims to provide opportunities for leisure and recreation, the teaching of swimming, swimming coaching through the Brixham Marlins Swimming Club. We offer a range of accessible inclusive services to primarily to disabled children and young people [5-25 years] working with a range of community based partnerships in Birmingham. These services run after-school, weekends and school holiday periods. They provide play and leisure opportunities.
