Cubley Village Hall was built, and registered as a charity, in 1935. It is a recreational hall and garden for use by residents of our own and surrounding villages. It is available for private bookings and regular events are organised by the trustees, the surpluses from which are used to help fund the running and maintenance of the hall.

The community regularly meets for Dog Training, Weekly Coffee Mornings, the occasional Dances, Quiz Evenings and Keep-Fit sessions. A sub-post Office opens every Tuesday and Thursday mornings 9 - 12noon. Langdon Parish Council meets every 3rd Monday each month at 7.30pm. The local school and families also use the hall
