We provide a building and facilities for hire for the purpose of educational, recreational, physical, social moral and intellectual development. There are 6 main areas:- main hall, lounge, kitchen, stage, further lounge with kitchen facilities, sports changing facilities and toilets, male, female and disabled individuals toilets.

Providing the community with leisure facilities to meet local needs:As a membership organisation with elected directors, MCG represents its members' views. On important issues, and to report back to members and seek their views, MCG holds open meetings to which non-members are welcome. Since June 2020, MCG operates village hall and playing fields on behalf of the local community.

We cheer the sick, disabled, frail children and the elderly in hospitals, homes, or care settings by providing light entertainment, companionship, activities, food vouchers, and lending CDs, DVDs, toys to ease isolation, improve mental health and physical well-being.
