Provision of representative and competitive cup rugby for children from 13 to 16 years of age (U14 to U16 or years 9,10 and 11) in all of the schools in the City of Coventry. Also coaching of the game within the City to the school rugby players of Coventry.

PCA run activties for the senior citizens in the Porstea Area. currently these are the Bowls club, line dancing sessions and Bingo nights. in addition through out the year PCA run outings that are advertsied for users of the community centre and residents of Portsea to go on.

Promotion of the Halliwick Concept of Swimming for people with disabilities throughout the Greater London area north of the river thames through running of training courses and supporting local swimming clubs in the area.

Stoke Fleming, Devon. A playing field containing a football pitch, 5 aside football facilities, a basketball practice court and petanque pistes. Used for public recreation, football matches, petanque club events, and village and other shows for public benefit.

The charity provides facilities for recreation and sports for use by the People of Braintree. This comprises sports fields, hard courts and Gym areas. The Charity currently hosts several local football teams, an armature boxing club and a martial arts club on a regular basis.
