Mancetter Memorial Hall aims to provide and maintain on a not for profit basis, a financially sustainable community centre located at the heart of the parish of Mancetter. The Hall supports a wide range of activities and provides a venue for support groups, family celebrations, leisure and recreation activities, education, training, and sport and exercise.

The Group was formed to provide an essential part of the rehabilitation process after a heart attack or heart surgery. This is done through regular Monthly Meetings, exercise classes, walking group, art group and swimming sessions. Members are kept in touch through a quarterly Newsletter.

Irby and Bratoft Village hall offers social, cultural and sporting events for the surrounding villages as well as an oppurtunity for anyone to hire the hall for private events

We are a Youth Education Charity. we support young people aged 10-18 with life skills, education, leisure, activities, fun and Adventure. We also support BTech National Diplomas, RYA, British Rowing, British Canoeing and many more. We are a Uniformed organisation following the styles and ideologies of the Royal Navy teaching Teamwork, Leadership, Personal Care, First Aid and so much more

The Unit exist for the benefit of its cadets who are aged 10 to 18 years. Our activities are educational and recreational. The recreational activities are mainly water based sailing etc. The cadets are able to take part in courses at HM Naval Bases.

The provision of sports facilities (currently football pitch, bowling green, croquet area, astroturf and pavillion) for the inhabitants of Goostrey and the contigual parishes with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

Assists other organisations in the arts and sporting fields by grants and donations and carries out various cultural community events.

To provide services which otherwise are not provided by other organisation/agencies in form of cultural and social activities. We promote cultural activities, sports, education, elderly luncheon club & recreational activities. We work with people who are under represented within the main stream to bring awareness and confidence by providing and promoting different events.

Provision of a local amenity/meeting place (in connection with swimming). To enable individuals & companies to hire the amenities for swimming activities (eg. Birthday parties, local scuba diving & kayaking clubs etc).

The Ampleforth Society makes substantial contributions to the bursary funds operated by Ampleforth College. It also encourages and supports social and sporting activities of Old Amplefordians which in turn support and maintain their links with Abbey and College.

The Burgh Village Hall is used by the community for village activities ie indoor bowling, luncheon club, sports activities etc and the recreation centre is used for local bookings ie bingo, meetings etc

We provide opportunities of play, education and other diversionary activities in the safe environment of our youth centre for young people aged 8 to 25 years, but prioritising our work with 13 to 19 year olds. Our work includes sport, art & craft, music & dance, group activities, residential trips and educational projects.

Provides for nursery schools, local organizations re t dancing karate and many other local amenities; Bingo, Dance Club, Indoor Bowls and local dances i.e. weddings and local parties and citizen advice bureau.

We provide social activities for young people from age 5 to 17, including sports, cookery & handicrafts. These mainly take place in the safe environment of our own premises. We hold various functions to raise money for the Group i.e. Quiz & Chip nights & raffles.

Highfield Hall Community Centre - this is a community resource for leisure and educational pursuits, with group usage for art circle, karate, community events and gatherings for Table Tennis club, drama and choral groups, and childcare provision. The charity exists to maintain and make available the facilities of the village hall and playingfield for use by the inhabitants of the village and surrounding area.Types of activities at village hall (meetings, lectures, classes, social events, physical activities) and at the playng field (sports, exercise, children's play, outdoor events)

Fund raising events such as Summer Fete, Christmas Bazaar, Pantomime, Quiz, Pop-up restaurant, Discos and Comedy Night. Also act as host for coffee mornings, new parents' evenings and schools' sports days.

Education and development of young people through a variety of activities and competitions including public speaking, stock judging, cookery and sports. 10 clubs across the county organise their own weekly meeting. Emphasis on social, fundraising and travel opportunities too.
