The Vllage Hall is a benefit given to the residents of Capel-le-Ferne for a range of activities.The two halls are available for hire by residents and non residents for:-parties, badminton, short mat bowls, exercise and other sports activities, conferences educational purposes, meetings, club venues, drama and other purposes.More information on www.capelvillagehall.com

Providing facilities for a large range of activities: from Pre-School to Over 50s groups. Including Rainbows and Brownies, Dance Classes Yoga and karate. Music & reading groups. The facilities are also available for hire for children parties and most type of function.

Scout Group - To help young people achieve their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential as individuals, as responsible citizens and as Members of their local, national and international communities. Our aim is provide a safe and supportive ervironment to help young people to develop through a variety of activities and new experiences including camping and kayaking..

The provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of people of Garboldisham and the surrounding areas. This is to include use for recreational, cultural and sporting pursuits, as well as meetings, lectures, classes, and for other forms of community activities, with the aim of improving the quality of life for all the villagers.The village hall is the central point for the village.

PROVIDES BUILDINGS, FACILITIES AND A SPORTS FIELD FOR SPORTING AND RECREATIONAL USE.

To give financial assistance towards the organisation of events & facilities which will enable & encourage pupils of schools & universities in the UK to participate in activities associated with sailing. To assist in the provision of boats & sailing equipment for such pupils, to provide bursaries for disadvantaged youngsters to enable them to pursue sailing activities, provision of coach boats.

Sports, recreation and outdoor activities

The Community Centre is the hub of the village, inasmuch as it provides for use of the community, a full size soccer pitch used by two local clubs, A children's play area comprising swings, slides and roundabouts, an area given over to youth sports. The Community Centre holds regular indoor activities which include toddlers and children's playgroups, dance classes, badminton, and bowls etc.

Cadet education, rowing, sailing and some sports activities

Rode Heath Village Hall provides a venue for various events to be enjoyed by local people of all ages. Folk, Line and Zumba dancing, Table Tennis, Indoor Bowling, Bingo, Lace Making, Old Folks Effort and Over 60s meet on a regular basis. The Hall is also available for hire to private individuals for parties, receptions and other events.

WE PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL, SPORTS, MUSICAL AND OTHER EQUIPMENT FOR THE SCHOOL IN ORDER TO INCREASE LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES AND TO PROVIDE A MORE STIMULATING AND FUN RECREATIONAL ENVIRONMENT FOR THE CHILDREN.WE ALSO FUND OCCASIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR THE CHILDREN, SUCH AS A LEAVERS' DISCO AND BARBECUE FOR YEAR 6.

Village Hall used for general charitable purposes, providing building and facilities for the general public for education, training, sport and other activities.

KSAA oversees at district level (13 areas) and organises and administers at county level, athletic and cross country competition for all schools in the county. It promotes athletics and cross country working in close liason with the various athletic clubs. We organise a variety of county championships and run Kent schools teams at junior, intermediate and senior level at inter county and national

Responsible for maintenance and running village hall to provide facilities for social activities in the village of Renhold. These include WI, Line dancing, Keep fit, Carpet bowls, Parish Council meetings, Weddings, Anniversaries and Childrens parties.

The Village Hall is available for the local community to rent for activities such as Youth Club, Carpet Bowls, P.C.C meetings, Parish Council meetings, Cricket, Dog Training, any social meetings.

The main work of the charity is to maintain the playing field, sport facilities, pavilion and annexe for recreational use by people in the local area.

THE BELMONT COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION IS MADE UP OF DIFFERENT SECTIONS AND ORGANISATIONS THAT USE THE SAME FACILITIES. GROUPS INCLUDE WHIST, BOWLS, KEEP FIT, YOGA, MARTIAL ARTS AND BROWNIES. THE ACTIVITIES AVAILABLE APPEAL TO A WIDE RANGE OF THE COMMUNITY AND NEW GROUPS ARE SUPPORTED. THE ASSOCIATION ORGANISES SOCIAL EVENTS FOR THE COMMUNITY AND SUPPORTS OTHER CHARITIES THROUGH FUNDRAISING EVENTS.

We organise various fundraising events, rent out halls for dance classes, badminton, keep fit, art. Organise childrens parties, make donations to all local childrens clubs and old folk charities.and local schools.

Scouting, Camping, Climbing, Abseiling, Archery, Target Shooting, Expeditions.

Squirrel, Beaver, Cub and Scout sections, with activities undertaken according to the age group. Eg Squirrel and Beavers-indoor activities, craft activities and games; Cubs - map reading, activity badges, camp and outdoor skills; Scouts - activity badges (archery, shooting, swimming, caving, canoeing etc), cooking, competitions, camping, hikes.

ABCA has active Tennis and Bowls sections, and there are also specific user groups, i.e. Scottish Dancing, WI, Snooker / Billiards, and TaeKwondo, Ukele band. The funds raised from letting cover most of the maintenance needs of the Parish Rooms. The Bowls and Tennis groups are self sufficient through their membership.
