To help fund the provision through partnerships of Sport , Leisure , Theatre and Arts activities to all members of the Community on a fully inclusive basis which the SpArC centre serves in South West Shropshire i.e. the young through to the elderly , working with Schools and Care Homes , the very fit through to the less fit including patients referred for remedial fitness classes by GP surgeries .

TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS IN SHIPSTON-ON-STOUR AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.

We are a not for profit junior football club run by volunteers for (currently) 280 young children from our community. We believe we represent our community well as we are a diverse multicultural club and community. We create a warm, friendly, fun and safe environment for the boys and girls to learn and play the game they love as well as teaching them other principles, such as, respect & inclusion.

Open air swimming

The charity founded in 1978 to care for retired racing Greyhounds and supervise their placement into happy permanent retirement pet homes. The charity supports a dedicated rehoming kennels to care for Greyhounds awaiting rehoming.

We maintain and equip the village Recreation Ground that serves a catchment population of around 1,000. It comprises a football pitch, multi-use games area, children's play area, cricket field and Grindleton Pavilion which houses a large community hall, smaller meeting room and changing rooms.Upkeep is funded by donations, fund-raising and hire income with grant application for capital projects.

The village hall with licenced bar provides spaces for relaxation, exercise, meetings and amateur sporting activities available to all. Also included on site is a Post Office and Village Store. It also provides direct access to the playing fields and MUGA.

We organise outdoor activity courses (climbing, caving, canoeing, cycling, triathlon, sailing) for visually impaired adults from all over the UK. We organise expeditions involving these activities. We act as hub connecting visually impaired adults and sighted guides. We facilitate groups of visually impaired adults to organise their own trips and expeditions.

Community Centre comprising social & leisure facilities including provision of rooms, theatre space and indoor & outdoor sports pitches. The Centre is well used by a broad range of local groups and services. Local sporting clubs and dance groups access the facilities for their training sessions. We have numerous day time and evening activities.

Provide Gymnastics training to young people through to adults

The Charity, based in Wallsend, provides welcome, practical support, social/sporting activities, advocacy and sign posting for refugees and asylum -seekers in North Tyneside, as well as promoting the local Schools of Sanctuary.(The Trustee end-of-year report gives more details.)

To provide and maintain Wragby Swimming Pool for the use of the inhabitants of Wragby and the neighbourhood without distinction of sex or political, religious or other opinions.

We deliver festivals and competitions and our programme develops young home grown coaches in their personal development on the school/community coaching pathway. Stevenage is renowned for a low aspiration and we have continued to develop our delivery to enable, empower and provide increased opportunities for our young people.

Clapham Rangers is a community football club promoting healthy recreation for the benefit of children and young people aged 21 and under, residing in Clapham and surrounding areas in London by provision of facilities for playing football.

A grant making trust to other charities who promote or provide activities for young people in the UK, particularly the disadvantaged and less able. Activities will normally be to promote the development of the individual by being physically and/or mentally challenging. Sailing and water sports in the Midlands are a priority. Grants are normally one off, for equipment or for specific purposes.
