The core activity of The Fillies GFC is football for girls. We provide the opportunities for young females to access local facilities to participate in football training sessions and compete in competitive league and cup football throughout Lancashire.The Club is family orientated and provides healthy living information, projects and exercise for all female family members.

West Lane Baptist Church provides an area for regular worship, and an active Sunday School. Additional activities the Church supports are monthly Drop- ins,Youth Group,Film Cafes. The church is open to the church family and the local community for a variety of regular events: Operatic Society,Bronte Society meetings and events,Parish Council meetings,exercise classes, Film Club and social events.

The Fieldgate Centre is a community centre located in the friendly village of Kingsclere, close to Watership Down. The centre has excellent facilities for hire and is also home to many local sports teams and clubs.The Fieldgate centre is managed by a committee of volunteers who are elected each year by Kingsclere Community Association.

The RAF Microlight Flying Association provides flying training and facilities for students to sit the practical and theory examinations leading toward the award of a CAA accredited National Private Pilot's Licence. FOMOE assists orphans in Malawi ? especially MOET primary school near Mangochi and finds sponsors for secondary school children. Class sizes are 30 or less and a meal is provided daily. Emphasis is on self reliance with computer studies, cooking, carpentry, tinsmith, tailoring and organic and medicinal gardening. MOET works with local communities on sustainable gardening and tree planting.
