Scout Group Providing a safe and educational environment for approximately 100 young people aged between ages 6 - 14. Term time weekly meetings to gain life skills, interact with likeminded people and experience activities they would possibly not get a chance to do. Occasional Camping.

The hall is used for meetings, lectures, recreation classes and community activities for the benefit of the inhabitants and visitors to Millington.

Indoor bowling.

Rugby league club from Juniors right through to open age level.Supporting Community projects to assist development of local groups, residents and families.The regeneration of the St Stephens School building into a Community Hub with facilities to assist the development and support of the Higginshaw community.

Provision of training and development for junior hockey players in the Cheltenham area.

The provision and maintenance of two village halls for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Broomhaugh and Riding Mill and visitors to the village (without distinction of political, religious or other opinions) for meetings, lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving their quality of life.

The purpose of the club shall be the promotion of community participation in healthy recreation, in particular by the provision of facilities for the sport of judo.

We work with the elderly by visiting care homes and spending time with them. We also hold religious services for the community. We hold youth group programs, to include leisure activities in the local community centre and a careers day to assist the young people with obtaining information about their future. We are also pushing the importance of education for the young children

PROVIDES A BUILDING WHICH COMPRISES A SPORTS HALL,MEETING ROOMS,KITCHEN AND SPORTS CHANGING ROOMS FOR USE BY THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE.

The federations aims are to advance the education of the public for water sports, recreation or other leisure time activities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, poverty or social economical circumstances. we also strive to provide river trips to any disadvantaged groups to experience the sights and sounds of the river Tyne.

LBKA activities further the craft of beekeeping and raise public awareness of bees in the environment, achieved by regular meetings, an education programme, attending local science and countryside shows, providing educational talks/demonstrations to schools, gardening groups, and other local groups. Also collect swarms and maintain an observation hive open to the public.

King Edward's Hall is a facility that is available for hire by either individuals, groups or institutions, for the purpose of private functions, indoor sport, public/private meetings, educational purposes and for use by Local authorities as a polling station etc.In addition the trustees organise a variety of events, including theatre, light entertainment, cinema, themed events

To provide or assist in the provision of cycling equipment and facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need.Providing regular opportunities for physical and mental well-being through our programme of inclusive cycling using adapted and accessible bikes, trikes, hand cycles and tandems in a traffic free environment.
