The provision of recreational and leisure time activities provided in the interests of social welfare designed to improve their conditions of life.The provision of support and activities which develop their skills capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as responsible individuals.The training of professional young adult volunteers to serve as peer mentors.

The charity runs and maintains a hall for the benefit of the organisations & families of the parish of Weldon for functions, art classes, preschool, badminton, amateur dramatics, Indoor Bowls etc

WE RUN FOR THE ELDERLY OF THE VILLAGE A COFFEE MORNING AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES SUCH AS TABLE TENNIS,BOWLS,BRIDGE,KNIT & NATTER POETRY,CHOIR,DANCE FIT,SEATED EXERCISES,RUMMIKUB.

Maintain the Recreation Ground for the benefit of Parishoners in providing a play area and sport facilities for education, participation and leisure.

Provide quality football activities and provisions for all in the local community

The charity concerns itself with supporting projects in developing countries to do with education, the alleviation of poverty, care of children, human rights, promoting sport and the environment. The charity operates alongside the Projects Abroad group of companies which arranges worthwhile volunteering experiences in the developing world and it supports the projects they are involved with.

The provision and management of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of Fiskerton and the surrounding area without distinction of political, religious or other opinions including use for meetings, lectures and classes and other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation with the objects of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

Variety of events throughout the year, i.e. Spring Fair, Demonstration Evenings, Short Mat Bowls, Scarecrow Weekend, Music events

Still working hard to maintain the Village Hall, which is now 29 years old. We have replaced heating, doors, flooring and the kitchen in the hall. The car park has been refurbished, and we opened our new playground summer 2013. We have refurbished toilets, installed new internal dividing doors, renewed fences,created a community library. A local football club uses the centre as their home base.

The London Children's Flower Society aims to give children the opportunity to take an interest in horticulture. The Society organises gardening competitions with London's Primary and Special Need schools, growing daffodils in the spring and flowers, vegetables and herbs in the summer.

Bentwaters Aviation Society was formed primarily to operate the Bentwaters Cold War Museum. The purpose of the Bentwaters Cold War Museum is to collect, preserve, display and provide for scholarship, material relating to the history of RAF Bentwaters and RAF Woodbridge and aviation generally where a link with Bentwaters and Woodbridge is established, for the public benefit in perpetuity.

Taking care of the fabric and running a small Village Hall, providing space for local groups e.g. Bridge, Martial Arts, Yoga, WI; Civic Society.In addition, the Hall is used by (a) Music groups providing evening entertainment (b) Birthday parties (c) Wakes (d) Wedding receptions etc.

Sunderland Samba FC is a community football club providing football, volunteering, coaching, youth work and international exchange opportunities. We are a youth led organisation enabling children and young people to make a positive contribution in their local community. We welcome supporters and volunteers to join our amazing team both in the UK and Kenya.

We engage with the young people within the community with our youth group YAY (Young Adults and Youth in Ministry). We have a wide range of religious and leisure activities for young adults which take place where we hold our services and provides a safe environment for local youths to meet outside of their home environment. The events include leisure activities and visits.

Provision of village hall facilities for the community to use for sports, recreational, educational, health and meetings. Current activities include Karate, Judo, Kendal Model Railway Club, Judo, Theatrical shows and Woodturning Club.The Hall offers space for business meetings and private parties, and is licenced and can provide a bar. Wi-Fi enabled and an induction loop in the Main Hall.

The activities for children includes a Parent/Carer Toddlers Group, an after school club for Primary age children, a Youth Club and Football club comprising of 5 teams. We have an all age Table Tennis Club and Art Group that meet weekly. For the elderly there is a weekly event and a Tea Club once a month for the lonely and elderly from the town. We have a caf? and play area open week days.

Fellowship gathering where food and soft drinks are shared for isolated people. Organisation of days out for children to swimming pools and leisure center under adults supervision. Free counselling and advice provided by the Pastor Clement.

Edgmond Village Hall is for the benefit of the inhabitants of Edgmond and the neighbourhood, for the purposes of education, social activities, training and leisure time occupations.

Provision and maintenance of a Recreation Ground and Village Hall for the use of the inhabitants of Morden and neighbourhood.

Promotion of social intercourse and mutual helpfulness, mental and moral improvement, rational recreation and support of the charitable activities of Basford Hall Miners' Welfare.
